Regimen with only pumping - how far could I get

Hey guys! (If any mod sees this, it should probably be moved to the pumping forum.)

So here’s the deal. I’m a busy guy who wants to do PE. After thinking through all the possibilities, I think the most feasible way for me to work it in is to only pump. That way, my hands stay clean, and as I’m getting my dick sucked (ha), I can be working on other things.

After reading many of the posts on here, I realize two things:

1. My gains, both length and girth, but especially length, would not be as great without the jelqing, plain and simple.
2. I wouldn’t be massaging the tissue after pumping, which is highly beneficial, especially to prevent doughnuts.

I will totally settle for slower gains if it means that I could stick with the regimen for a much longer period of time - and I’ve found from experience that this would only happen if I take less time on PE. As a solution to my second realization, my plan is to work in my PE with my daily masturbation with a very, very warm fleshlight, which has seemed to help in massaging, preventing doughnuts, and of course pleasure.

So the big idea is that my daily regimen would consist of only 15 mins of pumping at 5” Hg, and then about 15 mins of jerking off, lol, with a very warm fleshlight. I am looking for comments or suggestions, and perhaps thoughts on how far you think I could get with this regimen if I stick to it. (I realize that everyone is different, but circumstantial speculation of any kind is welcomed.)

I am currently below average at 5.6” BPEL, 4.9” NBPEL, 4.4-4.5” EG.

I’m pretty sure that only 15 minutes of pumping at 5” Hg a day will get you nowhere.

Personally I think your best bet is

- do a manual-only newbie routine for 3 months
- then add pumping if you need to. (if you are growing with newbie, stick with newbie “Don’t fix it if it ain’t broke”)

Newbie routine does several things for you - one of the main things it does is educates you about your dick and how it responds to PE. Then you will know enough about how to avoid injury.

My initial newbie routine was about 10 mins stretching and then 120 jelqs. I did stretching in the morning, and jelqed in the afternoon. It was not a huge time commitment, and I grew with it. Similar to this routine: NEW newbie + advanced routine

Having CLEAN HANDS is a strange thing to worry about. Your hands will not be clean with that routine. You need to lube up the opening of the cylinder with KY jelly , and then you need to coat your penis with KY to slide it into the cylinder. Then you will need to put KY or Astroglide in the fleshlight. So there will be lots of lube involved.

My suggestion is to get used to the fact that lube is part of PE.

As to pumping, I have gained girth with it. In my case the workout was three or four sets of 10 minutes. (Total 30 to 40 mins) Between 3 and 4HG. No donut issue. If you get a donut just massage it with your fingers for a minute or two, it goes away.

Dry jelque first, then do your pumping. Good chance of nice gains. The dry jelquing is mess free, and pre-stretches the tissues so the pumping will be more effective.

Many guys have had great success with pumping, pre-stretching with jelquing tends to increase the benefit. Just keep an eye on your EQ to make sure you can tolerate the routine.

Yes, no lube needed with dry jelqs. Be careful, they are way more intense than wet jelqs. Be sure to read Sparkyx's great articles if you haven’t already.

Sounds like I really don’t have a choice but to jelq. I suppose if I dry jelq, I could potentially multitask. I’m trying to think here, though - being uncircumcised, I would actually have an easier time with dry jelqing right? I could kind of “reset” the foreskin each time, and pull out? I’m a bit brain dead right now, so I apologize if I sound like an idiot.

(BTW, sta-kool, I kind of have a clever way of lubing to keep my hands clean - I use water-based lube, and I squeeze it onto/into the instrument in question, and then rub that all over MY instrument. Works fairly well, actually! Also, by stretching, did you just mean manual stretching, or did you use some kind of device?)

Why not simply follow Avocet’s routine at the top of the pumpers forum. It’s a sticky because it’s simple and works if your are consistent. I am at an early stage with it, gaining and will continue with it for a long time.

Have you done a newbie routine yet? I still am not clear on that.

datdat has a real good point - when I started, I basically just replaced masturbation sessions with PE workouts.

I’d say that any static exercise needs to be combined with a dynamic exercise at least for circulation purposes.

Whether it’s hanging or pumping or stretches, you need to so some amount of milking or jelqing to get the blood flowing.

If pumping is what you like, then do jelqing in between sets. Then you’ll be ok and growing.

I never posted before but here goes my opinion:

For some years I used the pump at high pressure (~ 10Hg 15Hg) making sections of 30 minutes, and I can say it was not very satisfactory. Yes, produced primarily due to the length, but I felt sometimes there was some pain and discoloration. But it was a time when I felt good about it and not think it was a lost time, however, time to gain experience. The good news is BELOW.

Some time ago I started doing sessions 1 hour to 3 hours at low pressure (5Hg) and I can say yes! The pump provides positive outcomes in terms of permanent gains. It’s amazing what this type of section can do!

Benefits:
-No discoloration
-No pain
Diurnal and nocturnal erections, more frequent and powerful
-Improved ejaculation
-An incredible increase in the penis so that in time will be permanent.
-Gains faster when you’re not on the effects of pumping will be perceived often.

-Many other ..

Cons?
-Finding time for sections 1 ~ 3 hours. Only!

When I started I was 17 cm (6.7 in) long and now I get to say I’m close to 22cm (8.7 in). With respect to the diameter did not measure before, but I’m almost filling the cylinder 6.5 cm(2.6 in) in diameter - missing only 2 cm in length. Yes, it´s big.

If I get 2 ~ 3 days without using the pump still I get the penis in these measures through almost the way I’m doing today.

5Hg: 1 hour ~ 3 hours section every day. This is the secret.

I’ve never done any kind of jelq and stretch. Fact. Whatever I’ve achieved today was only with the pump. Pumping was my first experience with PE and I think will only stay in it. Do not like the idea of jelq and stretch maybe why I’m so used to pump that want nothing else.

Problems encountered? Only had time to make sections of 1 ~ 3 hours every day because otherwise the only benefits.

5” Hg is high pressure and for most people it’s not advisable to exceed it, especially not when pumping for 30 minutes straight.

Your case is different because you got used to 10”-15” Hg and then switched to 5” Hg. I’m surprised your dick didn’t explode at those vacuum levels.

For most people, low pressure is 2”-3” Hg. I personally pump 20-35 minutes at 2.5” Hg right now.

Do you do the 3 hour session in a single stretch or you break it up in several sessions?

Good information you gave me. 5hg thought was a low pressure for anyone.

I sometimes felt a certain discomfort, pain, and some discoloration in pressure between 10hg ~ 15hg, but I thought it was normal, I was not informed before about how pumping.

But I think now after some time got experience and I’ve been doing correctly.

Perhaps because I have so long pumping at high pressures has acquired resistance and can withstand sections of 1-3h in 5hg? I do not know for sure, this is a theory.

My sections generally have no interruptions.

One thing I have noticed is that after a while the grease is apparently “dry”, the cylinder is damp and I lose a bit of lubrication.

If I realize that this is occurring I make a short pause for further lubrication.

With regard to another question: I have in mind never to be measuring my penis, I’m just enjoying my pumping and sections. The growth is a consequence even though I bought the pump initially as a way of fun since I discovered that it serves to increase the penis.

So the most important tip I give is: just enjoy the sections, it is not slaying with relation to penile development. It’s a philosophy.

Another thing, some time after the formation of lymph decreases and develops is that really your penis and that is what gives me the reason of the foregoing.

Maybe it’s me, maybe this applies to everyone, I really do not know, just know it’s working for me.
