Regimen with only pumping - how far could I get

If you want your hands to be free try hanging. But 15 minutes of any pe a day will get your no where. I am almost certain of this. Especially pumping.

I use a pump for about four years. Routine is around one month or more.

I have been thinking about why there are not many “pumpers” who strictly use pumping to make PE gains. It seems like pumping is often a part of a PE routine with manual exercises.

It looks like Pumpbra has made amazing gains AFTER he reduced to lower volume. So it tells me that lower, consistent pumping seems to make permanent gains. But are length gains depending on whether a person’s erection level in the pump?

I have never tried pumping (very temping). I would like to know is if I insert my unit into pump in full erection, will erection subsides after a while?

My point is that lower erection pumping may yield more length gains just like jelqing at lower erection level.

Pumping is just a way to expand the penis. So if one person can make gains on jelqing, stretching or hanging alone, I don’t see why pumping cannot.

This is something I experimented with lately. I always thought visual aid was required to maintain an erection, but watching porn for 30+ minutes on a daily basis quickly became tedious so I started questioning those methods (including clamping).
Conclusion? You can pump without visual aid and vacuum will maintain your erection without a problem. However, erection that is kept solely with vacuum (let’s call it artificial) won’t be as long as real erection (with or without vacuum).
In other words, when it comes to length, artificial erection < real erection without vacuum < real erection with vacuum. At least from my experience.

I don’t think that’s the case because we’re talking about different mechanism. When you jelq at low erection level, length doesn’t increase from pressure of jelq stroke on erectile chambers, but from the stretching component of jelq strokes. Although there is mild stretching component involved in pumping, it is much less pronounced than in low erection jelqing. As a matter of fact, I think higher vacuum level is better for length gains because there is more stretch on the penis.

Bib wrote about clamping and pumping, but I don’t remember where. He is for clamping and against pumping. If I recall correctly, he said something about edema and why it makes pumping inefficient for permanent gains, or at least much less efficient than clamping. However, don’t hold my word for it.

I would love to know more members who have gained (with pictures as proof would be the best) from just pumping. Most pumpers I read on this forum uses pumping as a supplement tool. To me, the mechanism makes sense. The penis is being stretched out due to the vacuum pressure; similarly, when someone hangs weights, the purpose is to elongate the penis and hopefully tunica will be lengthened.

So if a person can gain length from hanging alone (which many members have done so), why can’t pumping at lower erection level at higher suction force produces the similar result like hanging?

The reason I am speculating about pumping is that it seems like less hassle way of stretching penis out without wrapping and weights.

Probably because when pumping, force is much smaller and isn’t directed in direction needed for significant length growth like hanging.

This thread has given me some new ideas about pumping.

After reading Pumpbra’s posts, I decided to try an extended pumping session.

First I did a 30 min session a 4hg then took a break and did a few jelqs. I set the timer again for 30 min, but when it went off, my penis was still looking fine so I stayed in for about 10 min more.

When I took of the pump was semi erect but it was much bigger and heavier. I did a few jelqs to get the blood circulating. When I brought myself to a full erection, my girth was at 5 inches. That’s the biggest it’s ever been. I have never gotten that kind of expansion before.

I’m going to keep doing the low pressure long-time routine and see if I get some actual girth gains.

The odd thing is that pumping didn’t really have any effect on the area right above the base. After the session it was still 4 and a half inches. My dick looked pretty odd being 5” on its widest part and 4.5” on it’s narrowest. It’s a little disappointing because that’s where I need girth the most.

When I first started PE in 1997, I bought a plunger type vacuum pump from a sex shop and started to pump 3-4 times per week. I quickly found that the plunger system was useless so I modified it by connecting a flexible pipe and using my lungs as the vacuum pump. It actually worked fine although the vacuum pressure was very variable - I have no idea how much vacuum I produced but sometimes I would get a donut and blood spotting and a few times worse so it must have been beyond 5”/Hg.
Anyway it worked, I remember how it grew a few millimetres each month and in about a year I had increase my length by 1” and girth by about 0.5”.

All the other kinds of PE haven’t been as successful as this so, I’m going to try it again. I was impressed with pumpbra’s approach so I am trying that. I have managed to stay in the vacuum for 1 hour twice, however I did get some blood spotting and a donut, the second time was smaller.
I remove it every 10 minutes and wank to get my full erection back.

I also do 2 things that I’ve never seen mentioned before - use a Thermotex wrist Far Infra red heating pad for constant heat, the infra red rays penetrate the plastic tube and heat up the penis. I also tried kegelling with each squeeze of the pump handle, I can really feel a stretch.

I also plan to use the hanging function of the Superstretch 2 pump that I bought when I get used to long vacuum sessions.

The instructions say best results are achieved by hanging for at least 1 hour.

Pumping should be pleasurable.

I’d say I get an erection almost every section.

In my opinion there are two types of training with pump:
1 - To extend: where you do not exceed the length of your penis and always works at low pressure.
2 - For the length: where you work with higher pressures and always trying to exceed their limits in compliance. In this you can use both high and low pressures giving the possibility of growth and both states. The problem is that you will tire faster and your penis needs more experience.
