The size of your erection is going to naturally be smaller on some days. You can either take a bunch of shit that may or may not help you, or just stop measuring so often and worrying over nothing.
If you really want to see your EQ improve, abstain from ejacualtion the day before you measure, and edge first thing in the morning (when testosterone is highest) and then measure.
But honestly, you may be setting yourself up for failure by measuring too much and seeing these post PE or day after blood flow gains as real gains. If you’re naturally 5” erect (assuming you’re measuring consistently and correctly) and you get .25”-.5” increases just days later…. that’s just temporary. Real gains are going to be a lot slower, something more like .25” in 4-6 months.
