Any tips for better erection quality?, what foods can help achieve better erection quality. I say this because my erection quality varies a lot. Sometimes I can get to 5.5 inches in girth and some days I cannot even get to 5 inches. I want to have stronger erections. Any suggestions?. Thanks

I feel you man. Sometimes I get 5.25 and in the best days I get 5.5 jeje. I take L arginine and zinc every day. As for food I really do not know but we will find out soon. I hope you get the best out of Thunders :) .

Agree with that. Also if you want to truly measure then do not masturbate or have sex for 2 or 3 days so you can get your true size because maybe just maybe you cannot reach the maximum if you are not horny enough or rested enough. That’s my opinion.

I have found that 3-5 second Kegels and stretches have improved my EQ quite a bit.

The size of your erection is going to naturally be smaller on some days. You can either take a bunch of shit that may or may not help you, or just stop measuring so often and worrying over nothing.

If you really want to see your EQ improve, abstain from ejacualtion the day before you measure, and edge first thing in the morning (when testosterone is highest) and then measure.

But honestly, you may be setting yourself up for failure by measuring too much and seeing these post PE or day after blood flow gains as real gains. If you’re naturally 5” erect (assuming you’re measuring consistently and correctly) and you get .25”-.5” increases just days later…. that’s just temporary. Real gains are going to be a lot slower, something more like .25” in 4-6 months.

First of all, what is your age and are you in shape. Do you exercise? How much water do you drink? What meds are you on and do you drink liquor

I’m 25 years old, I exercise daily, I go to the gym and play tennis. I also eat very healthy. I don’t take meds and no alcohol

Morning. Right before you wake up.

Its in the morning like TheGreatDivider speaks. When you wake up ( you cannot measure or see EQ improvement while you are asleep so.) If you measure you will see you dick at his best ( most of the time is like this).

I had the same thing, My PC muscle was in lousy shape and I just could not get it hard to save my life. What I did to fix this was, following my jelq session, I get myself as hard as possible and then do a set amount of kegels, (started with 20 and every workout I go up one rep per set). I do the kegels, get soft, rub back to erection kegel, get soft repeat. Also been cleaning up the diet and getting rid of stress too. It took about a week to start waking up with morning wood, now I’m solid as a rock. Hit those kegels and when you get strong enough, start putting a damp cloth on your hog and using that as some extra resistance. Good luck.

It’s in the morning since t-levels are produced at night. I tried the 4 hour body idea where you eat a couple of organic hardboiled eggs and some brazil nuts before bed and WHOA, let me tell you. I’d recommend it to anyone. It works because t-level is influenced by cholesterol and fat. Probably why vegetarian men always seem so whiny.. (MHO)
