This place is FILLED with info and I really don’t know what’s the best one for my situation. Flaccid, my penis shrinks for some reason to about 2 inches and, erect, it would be around 4.5 inches. I really don’t care about the girth of my penis and so far I’ve been doing okay with a 4.5 inch penis when masturbating (although I wouldn’t mind it being bigger) but it’s when my penis is flaccid that really irritates me. I don’t want it to be hanging for self-esteem or to please women, it’s just that having 2 inches is too small for anything. It’s uncomfortable and it always looks like it’s semi-erect, it’s too small that the top of it becomes irritating when it hits my underwear, it’s difficult to control because when urinating because I have a very small grip, it’s uncomfortable at night when sleeping.. There are so many reasons that I really need this fixed. I don’t want to go to the doctor or anything especially because I live with my parents and they would get other ideas if I explain to them the situation. I was just thinking of maybe some exercises that I can do which aren’t too risky or dangerous and can help have more weight or length in my flaccid penis. I would be happy if it was as long as my erect penis. I have looked into some exercises here but they are impossible for a penis like mine: I have seen that to do the so-called fowfer, I need to put my penis far behind my butt cheeks. My flaccid penis isn’t even longer than my balls. When it’s hard, it’s just straight to the middle like an arrow. I have seen some other exercises but I haven’t found any for penises as small as mine. None of this is for sex as I am not looking to have that anytime soon. I only want this for my own comfort as it’s been 18 painful years with this penis of a child. I really want to change that and have seen that this community is very supportive and gives real good insight. Please share some of that with me. Thanks!

Newbie Routine. Do the newbie routine consistently and be patient. Listen to your body. Slow and stead, you will see improvement.

Also it may be helpful to look into traction wrapping.

My first flaccid goal was to “break the triangle.” The triangle is the typical male genital zone that looks like a triangle from the front, with the penis contained within that perimeter. Think of a classic statue like Michelangelo’s “David” and you get the idea. Flaccid is actually the first growth you will see. Fulcrum stretches have worked well for me, but may not be best for first-time beginners. Have faith; you can do it.

Improve blood flow to your penis. Aim to be engorged, but not hard.

The simplest thing would be to keep it warm as much as possible - heating pads/rice socks, sleeping with it in your hand, etc. The newbie routine may also help. And ofc, without knowing anything about you, it’s worth pointing out prolonged physical activity (doesn’t need to be strenuous, just ie walking is enough) is beneficial to whole body blood flow. After the newbie routine, maybe pumping or clamping (holding an excessive engorgement for 5-10 minutes) would be worth trying. Improved blood flow will also help with any other PE goals.

What other have said. You should begin the newbie routine of jelqing and basic manual stretches. Start slowly and ramp up slowly. Give it a while to start working. Don’t move on to more advanced stretches and exercises until it stops working. Remember this is a marathon, not a race.

I gained an inch of erect length in about 4 months with only the basic manual stretches and jelqing (which I was targeting toward girth, anyway). My flaccid gains have not been as impressive as some people, but that has gotten bigger, too.


Why the Smithsonian? Because you could walk around it for a week and not see the whole thing.

A inch in 4 months!? Surely some of that could be EQ? Nonetheless, really astonishing! How much manual stretching and jelqing time had you reach by that time if you don’t mind me asking? I am at month 5 now and I am at 10 min manual stretching and 20 min jelqing 1 ON/1 OFF at the moment and will in 3-4 weeks switch it to 2 ON/1 OFF most likely.

I cannot speak to Smithsonian’s claims, because they are his. But I will say that when you start PE, there is a kind of “unfurling” effect that I found. It’s like the length was already there. PE just helps stretch it out to its fullest.
