Anybody get gains just from stretching?

Sounds like good advice and I’m going to go with it while keeping watchful for overdoing it. This way I can hopefully speed up the time frame for gains and also not feel bad about taking a day off without disrupting my schedule.

I attribute most of my 1.6” BPEL gains to manual stretches done in small bursts thru the day. I’m currently on a schedule of Mon, Tue, Thu & Fru with rest on Wed, Sat & Sun. I found that exceeding this schedule cancels any chance of gains for me (as in less effort seems to give more result).

I’ve gotten just a 0.2” girth gain to accompany the length increase, but the girth was added only when I combined the stretches with 10-15 minutes of jelqing in the morning (using same daily schedule - unfortunately that was in my early days and I’ve yet to replicate that). All other manual methodologies (clamping, edging, experiments with stretching/jelqing via IPR, etc.) have been largely ineffective for me so if I want further girth gains, I probably have to graduate to non-manual techniques.

Since I’ve grown to be fairly happy with where I am, I’m probably sticking with manual stretches to see if that will continue to slowly bring results (with some decon breaks thrown in every 5-6 weeks). All that to say, it’s definitely possible to achieve results concentrating primarily on stretching (although I strongly suspect there’s a significant synergy from jelqing that helps with length gains as most of my length gains have occurred with some level of jelqing going on).

Those were impressive gains. Would you mind sharing what your routine was and how hard you generally stretch? I wonder how much time you spend per day and what the approximate force is (lbs).

When I first started I measured at 5.5” BPEL; this bothered me as a few years ago I measured myself and was at 5.7” so I had somehow lost size. My first month saw me regain this and my second month brought me from there to my current length at just over 6”. I have never had a length of 6” ever before and I have consistently had this measurement now when fully aroused since the end of this second month.

My plan is to continue with my current regimen and see how far it takes me; I’m curious how much I can gain just using stretches. My girth has remained at 5.0” and I expected that wouldn’t change. Hopefully things will continue as they have been going. My next goal is the 6.5” mark and I would definitely love to join the Lucky 7 club (main goal)!

I’ll post at least once a month with my current stats.

Hi Sentii,
I do a grand total of 9 sets of those exercises (one set each of the downward (left, center, right), one set each of the middle pull (left, center, right) and one set each of the upward pull (left, center, right). I forgot to mention that I also finish with a rotating motion where I pull and rotate my penis in a circular motion alternating from clockwise to counterclockwise. I do this pulling downward for 30 seconds, then middle for 30 secs, then upward for 30 seconds. I do this to possibly add to the stretch and to extend my session a little longer.

One convenient thing with this routine is that the exercises are all done in a little over 10 minutes at the current stretch times I’m using. This has been easy to fit in my schedule and stay consistent. It also eliminates the need for me to explain to my girlfriend why I’m hiding in the bathroom for an hour almost every night!

I started to plateau with the simple manual stretches, so I added in A and V stretches and am starting to break through the plateau (increasing total stretch time to about 20 minutes)! Thanks for the links for the A and V stretches. I’ll definitely consider them when I need to change things up a bit. Also the Stealth product looks interesting. Keep us updated on its use and if it helps you with gains. It looks like something I might consider in the future. It’s pretty affordable too.

Xeno1 great stretching routine! Thanks for sharing and being descriptive. Do you use anything to help with your grip during the stretching?

No I’ve found that after the drying off post-shower that it’s easy to grip (an inch below glans) and maintain a good stretch. I suspect if I skipped the shower and used dry heat I probably would need to use something. Apparently having showered the skin has just enough moisture to allow a decent grip.
