I am trying to get the motivation to restart it, but I don’t want to only increase length and not girth (I have a BPEL of about 6.5) or else it’ll look too disproportionate. I need a plan that’s focused on increasing girth. I’d prefer if they were exercises I do by myself rather than requiring devices since I don’t have the privacy to get something shipped to me right now. I heard jelqing while mostly erect is supposed to focus on girth, but I find that hard to do without softening. Maybe I actually have an erectile quality problem and that’s the key issue hampering me. I also heard you’re supposed to pull back the foreskin while jelqing (I’m uncut) but I find that impossible to do without it rolling forwards on every jelq.
Try to use the foreskin AS lube in a dry jelq, or add more lube to your wet jelq and try to hold back your skin with your free hand (the one not jelqing).
Losing EQ during jelqing can be attributed to using a tight grip, try to soften your grip a little bit while you perform your erect jelqs and note that they shouldn’t be at a 100% erection, but rather 75%-90% max. Also they are considered advanced as they require more than 3 months of PE experience.
Please refer to the "TGC Theory" Focus Your PE and Gain! TGC Theory for more info on targeting your exercises.
If you are experienced enough to know what your doing and familiar with your penis and how it responds then you can try more advanced exercises like clamping or slinkys.
As for a motivation, I don’t think there is more motivation than your already made gains albeit in the length department only but for many girth comes last and the hardest, so don’t give up and keep trying, you’ll get where you want eventually.
