Anybody start with a small girth Discouraged

Ok guys I’ve been very discouraged lately.. :( I’m about 6.5 BPEL but my MSEG is roughly 4-4.25 depending on If I’m cold or my scrotum/scrotal skin/webbing. Basically I can’t get my girth to grow either, my length has increased but I’ve seen hardly any girth and I feel my large amount of foreskin (even though I am cut) and scrotal webbing (extends up to 2in below my glans) is a problem. I don’t see or feel that expansion when I jelq. I have to do a underhand ok grip because my scrotal skin attaches too high to overhand. Basically I’m wondering has anyone else had this probably as started with small girth? How have you increased?

Also before I get yelled at, yes I have used the search button but honestly to no avail, now is the time I need personal experience please..

I haven’t exactly started with a small girth and I’m no expert but I’ve had the no expansion problem and solved it. I couldn’t get any significant expansion or gains from jelqing.

What soled the problem for me:
- better warm up, I’ve been using hot water which isn’t enough in my case so I bought an IR lamp
- mastering the jelqing technique (I was jelqing too fast)
- incorporating orange bends in my routine (best girth exercise for me - gives good expansion and heavy,fat flaccid for hours)

After I included the orange bends I started to gain girth, jelqing didn’t cut it for me.

There is also low Hg pumping and clamping so you got options not gaining from jelqing doesn’t mean you won’t gain with other methods.

I believe many threads I’ve read seem to agree girth comes slower than length, but girth increases can also mean larger percentage gains in volume.

I’ve been doing PE for over a year, and track my exercises, routines & hours. Not only do you need to do the exercises properly, you need to put in a LOT of TIME. And if you measure to frequently, it will appear as though you are gaining nothing.

You should feel expansion regardless of how much foreskin you have. In fact, you may be even able to use the foreskin as part of your routine. You must practice, & modify your routine till you start seeing expansion, or pointless.

I could go on & on & on ad nauseum. When I’m not getting the expansion I need to get a good exercise, I try using a male supplement from a nutrition store (ex. Male Fuel fm Twin Lab (caution it does have Yohimbe), or Walmart pharmacy male enhancer for blood flow. You don’t need to get anything too powerful. Even L-Arginine for work outs helps out for me. You may not ever want to use these types of supplements, but bottom line — you must get blood flow & feel pressure from expansion as you jelq (without pain or injury). You must go slow & feel what your body can handle.

I can sometimes notice my glans expanding but I feel like maybe it’s just the foreskin bunching to make it appear there’s expansion you know? I actually take yohimbine on the regular ;) thank you very much! I read the bigger picture but 4.25-4.5 max mid girth isn’t that big or big looking in hope you understand!

Goal: 8" x 5.5"

I am focusing completely on girth and have been doing two different types of routines. One is very similar to the newbie routine which did get me about an inch in length and about .2 inches in girth in the past. Now i do a modified newbie routine and a routine that utilizes to orange bends. I caution against the orange bends until you have at least six months experience with the newbie routine. The o bends create enormous amounts of pressure and you can very easily injure yourself. The six months using the newbie routine isn’t about being new and being “weak” at PE it is about becoming accustomed to what you are trying to do to yourself and earning what you need to do to improve. Listen to your body and feel how you need to jelq. 50 jelqs done correctly is better than 1000 jelqs done incorrectly and all the other different fancy exercises that people have come up with which could potentially give you and injured schlong.

Ok well I understand where you’re coming from. First off, don’t fret. In the meantime practice some techniques in bed because I know for a fact from women I’ve talked to that some of their best lovers were smaller. There are guys with big shlongs that have no idea what they’re doing. Here’s an example of a technique; once you’re super hard & inside her, move forward on her (missionary) & the top of the shaft of your penis will put pressure on the clit & you can also hit g-spot only 2 inches deep on upper wall if you adjust to feel it hitting. Move firmly, not too fast & use that butt muscle. HA HA!!!! But really, you can amaze women in bed. You can also do opposite, as in drop your hips low & move your glans on the g spot. One of the other huge complaints of women is men don’t last long enough. If you can last at least 20 mins, preferably 30mins or so, you’ll be way ahead of guys with big dicks that last 3-5 minutes. :)

I find that when I do full in & out strokes that many women don’t find it as pleasurable (so I intermix that technique, but don’t overdo it). Here’s another idea. Pull up some porn, & get excited. Practice various moves to find one that works. You should actually find a few that work, & that’s a good thing (vary your technique). I’ve heard many say not to use porn for obvious reasons, but it may be useful till at least you find some techniques that work.

I would rarely, if ever, recommend this to men above 4.25” EG, but for those on the considerably thinner side of things who find girth an important enough aspect of their dick to consider a riskier alternative, there is a trending (yet arguably experimental) option.

I say this because I started at 3.5” MSEG, and while I am not doubting the success men have had with girth PE exercises, I felt that it was even more discouraging realizing that I may work 1 or 2 + years to obtain results that would only allow me to reach “average” (if I was lucky). I couldn’t fathom putting in so much time only to see zero-to-minuscule gains, and even if I were to have made significant gains, it would only amount to average in the grand scale of things.

So I sought out phalloplasty (and not surprisingly, started a phalloplasty forum) and was fortunate to come across a method that has worked for me. I still lurk PE forums reading, learning, and occasionally finding the “small” guy in the crowd who I want to share my findings with. I know what it’s like to start with one of the thinnest reported erect girths (without being micro) on these forums only to now be flirting with magnum-class condoms. It’s life-changing to say the least.

Men in the average realm (4.5” + ) ought to stick to more natural & non-invasive techniques, the risks in the world of phalloplasty are simply not worth it. I feel that men who are considerably thin can sometimes justify the risk/reward benefits, and therefore more “qualified” candidates in this regard. I don’t want to go into the doctor(s), method(s), etc, but if you are interested feel free to PM me. And please, if you are 8x6 and want to be 10x8, don’t PM me, no offense, really. There are those who suffer from body dysmorphia and ought to seek out the appropriate therapies, and then there are those who are “suffering” from genuinely small sizes (we’re talking about the world of 4x4’s +/-).

That all being said, even for us smaller guys, manual PE exercising CAN work, and is usually MUCH cheaper (sometimes no cost at all) to obtain gains, if you are willing to put the time in. Good luck!

Holy novel batman!! Let me sum a few things up! I’m 6.5-6.6 BPEL on average so on a good day a little smaller, my gf sad I’m the biggest and best She’s ever had I.e I can go for hours (2.5 is the longest) if needed or 15 minutes if that’s what she wants! She’s orgasmed on top and squirted while we did doggy! Also she had an accident down there when she was very young which I won’t explain but she lost some tightness. Running a Massive Co-Front.

I started at 4.4” MSEG but only 4.5” NBPEL and 5.5” BPEL. Similar scrotal skin issue preventing effective jelqing. I also suffer from fairly severe ED (diabetic) which rules out erect exercises.

Thanks to a consistent, safe, long term pumping program, I was able to increase my MSEG by over 1/2 inch to slightly over 5 inches.

Yes, a novel indeed. HA HA 2 1/2 hours? Holy Geez — Ok no need to talk further on that. :)

I jelq sitting down. If I’m engorged, I can lean back in my seat & jelq. If I want a fuller feeling (which I do), I scoot my butt to edge of seat, feet wide apart, lean over forward, & jelq downwards. I can get amazingly engorged & can really feel the pressure. Then I’ll return to a leaning back posture for a bit, then cycle back to the edge of the seat. It has been very successful.

As far as grip, make sure you watch the video & written descriptions first. Then experiment with different positions until you get the best pressure. I like to change it up also, & not rely on only one grip or method.

OK, and for nontraditional approach, sometimes I put on a cock ring (as needed or desired) behind the balls. It allows me to keep engorged better & longer period of time. I can get an amazing jelqing session from that. I prefer the metal cock ring because the elastic type starts to hurt after a while.

NOW, let’s take nontraditional approach a step further. I will jelq with & without a cock ring using the California Exotics Road Warrior Whacker Masturbator (super duper cheap) with lube.
