O.k, so for those of you that have read some of my recent posts, you know I have been asking alot about girth! I hope you mods don’t get mad at me for relentlessly posting about this topic, but I think I have some good questions right now that may help out alot of people if answered.

If you’re like me than you have experienced good gains in length, and little to nothing in girth so far. It hasn’t even been 4 months yet so of course I have no reason to be mad especially since I read a thread with someone who went 2.5 years with no girth gains! nevertheless, I (and others im sure) worry about our penis get to long for the girth just like someone worries about a penis to thick for the length. so I have compiled some questions and I am begging for ANYONE who has achieved over 0.5 inches of girth to some degree of permananence IMO (meaning if you took a month off almost all of it would stay) to answer the following in sort of a survey.

This will answer alot of questions that people constantly ask on here regarding girth gains and it will do it all in one post.

FOR THOSE THAT HAVE GAINED 0.5+

1.)Do you believe a 1 inch permanent girth gain is possible through years of work, or do you believe its a fluke that a few lucky men have experienced?

2.)what is your opinion on rest days and girth?

3.) What do you think was the most important exercise(s) contributing to your gain? Do you pump, clamp etc.?

4.) Do you believe it is possible to cement at least 80% of girth gains (a few months off losing 20% at most) and do you believe a light maintinence program could maintain these gains, and possibly keep them permanently if say you did 5 years of maintinence after PE?

5.)What are signs before you achieve a girth gain?

6.)How do you incorporate PI’s into workout?

7.)Do you you take additional supplements you believe have helped with your gain?

8.)Do you believe masturbating/sex effects girth gains?

9.) How much different is sex with the new girth?

10.) AND PLEASE ANY RECOMMENDATIONS/METHODOLOGIES FOR THOSE WHO NEED TO UNDERSTAND THE IDEA OF GIRTH GAIN, AND THOSE WHO HAVE STRUGGLED WITH GAINING GIRTH.

I apologize for posting so much about this topic but if we could get enough girth gainers to answer these questions to the best of their ability, I imagine we would have a post that would cover ALOT of people’s questions regarding this subject, and hopefully give them an idea of how to create a work out that WORKS FOR THEM.

1. Yes. I have achieved these results and after a about 8 months with no PE, I still maintained every bit of my gains. I have recently cemented new gains as well.

2. Rest is critical. Every other day is more than enough girth exercise!

3. Wet jelqing between 20-70% for 15-20 minutes every other day. Incorporate some ballooning during the session(mid shaft) and some careful bends.

4. See answer number 1.

5. What I have seen is a somewhat fuller flaccid, good warmth to the touch throughout the day, and a bit firmer flaccid.

6. Watch for morning wood, firmer erections, warmer to the touch indicating better circulation, more frequent erections during the day and your wife saying “damn, that things thicker”!

7. Yes. L-Arginine, daily multi-vitamin, ginko.

8. No

9. My wife says that I am pushing the limit of comfort and that much more will exclude anal sex.

My routine as it is evolving (based on PI’s) (Keeping in mind that I am an advanced PE’er_ This is not a newbie routine)

Currently:

* Jelquing continues every other day (pre warm 3-5 minutes)
1. Wet jelq with Equate lube
2. Moderate pressure jelq at a 2-3 second tempo with good form
3. Jelq 10-20 minutes depending on “feel”
4. Post warm 3-5 minutes

* Vacuum pump with JD 2” cylinder every day (enter lubed 3/4 erect)
1. Pre warm 3-5 minutes
2. Slowly pump up to 3-5hg
3. Maintain 3-5hg range for 10 minutes (will evolve to as per Advocet8’s chart)
4. Massage and post warm 3-5 minutes

* Wear Andro ADS at medium tension during work hours only
1. ADS is set to normal erect length or .2” above
2. Worn 4-8 hours per day on work days (I work 3-4 days per week)
3. Remove once every two hours to massage

I really don’t wear the ADS anymore because I’m lazy! Hope this helps! Pumping is something I recently started and has given me new growth. I achieved a 4.125” to 5.25” with jelqing. I’ve went from 5.25” to pushing 5.5” with pumping and occassional jelqing.

Thank you so much for that response, I hope more people will give feedback and we can really get some interesting opinions, perhaps do some statistics and really people understand how to achieve better girth.

1. yes

2. rest is very necessary, I do 2 on one off 2 on 2 off.

3. Ulis, Sadsaks, 440’s, JELQING

4. I lost a 1/16 with 6-8 weeks off

5. Morning wood, minor discoloration, while flaccid glans seem much fuller, condoms fit noticeably tighter for a week or so before I get used to new growth.

6. When I wake up with a huge hard on that won’t go away, and my flaccid is very full all day I will not do PE to let it grow.

7. I started taking things during my break I do not know how it will help/hinder me.

8. Masturbation is part of my girth routine. Never pass up sex, ever.

9. Since PE I give girls multiple orgasms, before PE I would get to one taking a similar time.

10. I wrote a thread detailing how my routine evolved and everything I do/why I do it. You can find it around page 8 in my progress log or in the main member forum there is a thread titled “how I gained 1.25x.875 in 8-9 months”.

I recommend incorporating Ulis and Sadsak head girth exercises slowly into your routine. They are very effective at improving overall girth but will benefit the top half of your unit more so. Neither are too intense IMO, others may disagree.

What is your girth at now? Is it 5.3 approx.? I ask this, because if your wife is telling you that you are pushing close to discomfort with her, then perhaps I myself should refrane from increasing my girth above 5.5” for the meantime. What do you think?

1.) I’m kinda on the fence here. I doubt a inch is possible for the clear majority of guys here.

2.) I never set a routine in stone. But in my opinion, rest isn’t so bad.

3.) Clamping and hard jelqing.

4.) I believe a light maintenance routine can cement such gains. You will obviously loose something, but the more rigorous your maintenance, the better the cementing.

5.) When my maximum expansion while clamping increases noticeably.

6.) I never took this method into account.

7.) No.

8.) They don’t at all.

9.) Slower at the beginning. Some teeth. A nice pussy lip grip on your dick during doggy style!

10.) Build up your work load exponentially. However, rest should increase as well.

Yes, I’,m about 5.3” cemented and edging 5.5” as per my past growth indicators. I bought her a realistic dildo at a party the other day that is 6 x 5.25” girth and when she opened it she said it looks kind of thick. I smiled and said “I’m thicker”! Ah, that’s a phrase that I never thought I’d get to mutter!

It all depends on your girl and what she’s comfortable with. My wife and I have been together for 13 years and I’ve went from 7 x 4.125” to 5.3 or 5.4 so that’s a pretty good gain. I think I was on the smaller side girth wise from her past experiences (only 3 guys) which from her, I’d guess, were 5” girth or so. Now, I think I’m the thickest. Good deal huh!

Hey thanks to the guys that have responded to this question, I know the responses have came in pretty slow, but man did they help. I think people will learn alot from your responses.

Start January 2013: NBPEL 6.2" (15,7cm) / MSEG 5.2" (13,2cm) / BPEL 6.6"(16,8cm) / FL - 3.5" (9cm) / FG - 3.9" (10cm)

Mid-term Goal : NBPEL 6.7"(17cm) / MSEG 5.5"(14cm) / FL 4.5" (11,5cm) / FG 4.5"(11,5cm)

I have yet to see some serious girth gains, 4 months PE, but they are noticeable, condoms feel kind of slim now, what I can say for sure is that length via stretching/hanging is permanent! I used to have 18cm BPFSL and now its 21-22cm. When I made my first progress I wasn t realy doing PE, just stretching ocasionally after pissing, masturbating, and whenever I had the time for a few months like.. And saw my first gains in BPFSL measured at 19-20cm and it stayed like that till now when I started PE seriously, incorporating jelq/manual clamp and such. As for the question, I d say as a newbie

1. 1inch in girth is definately doable, there are guys who’ve managed it on this site, with proof also

2. IMO rest days are for girth work especially, I do stretching like 9 out of 10 days and it s great, jelq I do 2 on 1 off, or on a good week 3 on 2 off

3. Manual stretching definately the most important. I don t think you can get great girth expansion without them either

4. Not sure about this. I paused for 2 weeks from jelqing and stretching once and didn t see any differences in measurements after.

5. I guess fuller flacid, morning wood, night time wood, better EQ overall on the rest days or maybe even on jelqing days

6. You do that subconciously, you won t even realize maybe.. It s your body, it won t lie to you, you lie to yourself and make mistakes with the body

7. I do take L arginine, multivitamins, I also exercise, calisthenics, joging, cycling, etc

8. I do believe masturbating too much affects gains, sex is different. It ruins PIs maybe because it would be too much dick-handling(lose focus of EQ basics

9. Way better. Like I said, don t have significat gains, but better EQ and 0.5 cm girth gain are real up to this point

10. Can t say anything new for you here, newbie myself.. But if you are into stretching, try bundled stretches, they feel great and it s said they get the tunica loose for greater girth gains
