Start with girth exercises!

I PE’ed for a month and had about 1/8” gains in both length and girth. I then stopped for the last 3 weeks because it was taking a lot of my time and my motivation decreased. I had sexual relations several times these last 2 months and realised that I was satisfied with my size during sexual relations because it always looks bigger then when I masturbate.
When I look at my actual stats: ” 6,7 x 4,8 ” I realise 2 things. First, I want to increase length simply for my ego and would like to pull out an 8in dick just to impress women but if I look at average, my length could satisfy about any woman. Secondly, I realise that I need to work on my girth since I’m under average or just about average and it’s more important then length to satisfy a girl. I would prefer having a 6,7 x 5,5 dick then 8 x 4,8.
I know I should start working on length before girth but I would like to start working immediately on girth to bring back my motivation because that’s what I really want and it’s also more useful right now. Once I reached a great thickness that will show a difference in sexual relations I will concentrate on length simply for my ego.
I know that length gains become harder once you gained some girth but can I still gain length after I had some satisfying girth gains? What do you guys recommand? What routine can I start with for girth?
