Length vs Girth exercises

At 5.5 inch girth I think that’s more then enough, let’s just say any more that comes through PE’ing is a bonus.

I want to focus on length. At the moment I am doing the standard newbie routine, but could someone please explain the common exercises responsible for length vs girth? I’d like to cut back on the girth ones to focus my time on the others. Thx.

What most of us have found that if you gain some girth that some length is unavoidable, and the vice versa that if you gain some length that some girth is unavoidable.

That if girth stops, sometimes switching to length will get it moving and if length stops switching to girth will get it going..

Length staples would be:

1. Hanging
2. Stretchers
3. ADS
4. Stretching
5. Fulcrums

Girth staples would be:

1. Clamping
2. Pumping
3. Erect bends
4. Jelking
