Anyone doing keto/IF to get their FUPA (fat pad) down?

Just wondering if anyone here is doing a combo of keto/low-carb and intermittant fasting to get their FUPA (fat pad) down?

Actually I’m doing it mainly for the purpose of getting my abs to show, but getting the FUPA down is a nice side benefit. Currently using calipers, I’m around 10-12% BF and just starting to show some ab definition. Maybe if I can get it down to 8-10% I’ll be in a good place. Visually it might be good for at least a 1/4” NBPEL?

Anyone else doing anything like this?
