Anyone gained without changing routine?
Hello, I am a newbie to the practical side of pe. I have’nt done much actual consistent pe. Recently I was thinking about just doing the newbie routine for 5 months and onwards. Just wondering if anyone just did newbie or advanced routine for a year or so more without really measuring to check the gains. But rather pe-ed for the sake of pe. Without altering the routine in any ways so as to keep gaining. Just plain consistent pe for a very long time and not caring about anything else? But still managed to get reasonable gains (0.75”> length )
