So I decided to start doing Uli’s routine as described in the tutorials. After fully reading it and searching on other threads I’ve come to the conclusion that there aren’t many who gave it a try, or know exactly how to do the routine correctly. I guess the threads are too old and not available anymore.
I’ve been doing PE for over a year now and I’ve done things that worked, but also things that didn’t work. About 2 weeks ago I got tired of my last routine, wich was stretch-and-Jelq based. I won an inch in length and maybe 0.4 inches in girth in my total career wich isn’t that much, but it are steady gains. I’m still positive to look for my “perfect” exercise or routine.
Here are some questions regarding uli’s routing (stretch, jelq, uli every morning and evening):
1) First thing he ever did was stretch his penis 15 times. Are these 30 second stretches or just a pull of about 5 seconds. He said one should begin to get a semi erection after this. I only get this if i pull like 5 seconds each time, rather than 30 seconds, obviously because my penis is “in a movement” all the time rather than a 30 second period of “streched calmth”.
2) The routine seems very tough for the penis. At first I wouldn’t do rest days, because I’m just not a fan of it, but with this routine it seems it’s very essential to rest 1 day every 3 days. Did Uli do the exact same routine over and over again his entire PE career, and did he, as a newbie, start with this routine? I would think that’s crazy if you ask me.
3) The Uli3 seems very close to the Dry Jelq if you ask me. Maybe I’m doing 50 (10X5) Uli’s, maybe I’m doing 50 Dry Jelqs. Dry Jelqs arent as tough as Uli’s so maybe I’m doing something wrong? The way I do the Uli is I clamp manually at the base, kegel in soms blood so my penis is fully engorged and more girthier than usual, then go up towards my penishead 5 times, kegeling again every time. After this my penis isn’t as hard anymore so I have to make it harder again.
I’ve had some trouble wih my erection quality lately, even my girlfriend can’t make it 100%. I kegel all the time so it’s not that. I’ve read soms threads and maybe it’s because of stress for my upcoming exams, who knows. It could also be the routine, so I decided to just Jelq in the morning, not in the evening. I still do the Uli3 in the evening though because it seems a great exercise for girth and I feel bigger when flaccid. Maybe my poor erection quality is due to the Uli’s? We’ll see what happens.
