A while back as I got generally fitter (riding a bike) and after “quitting” smoking (by getting an e-cigarette) I have noticed I can masturbate longer and more often.
Also a part of this seems to be that I can “hold off” the orgasm. Once I found myself masturbating for over 3 hours and whilst I could have made the orgasm happen anytime, I also could hold off it happening.
So after this, as I got fitter still, I started getting to the point of orgasm and just taking my hand off my unit and concentrating on not having the orgasm, then leaving it for 5 minutes, then masturbating again and nearly ejaculating, but letting go again and holding off.
After that, I noticed it seems actually tough to quickly ejaculate. I mean there were times years ago I could literally only do it for 60 seconds and want to come, but now its like I can enjoy it for longer.
So I think if you do that say 5 times (almost ejaculating but holding off) not only is the orgasm better at the end but I think doing this, eventually you can end up having a multiple orgasm. Once or twice I nearly have had one, you ejaculate but its like its coming again, but doesn’t. Well, just to do that I know something is working.
I might experiment and try almost ejaculating but not doing say 30 times, but it gets ridiculously hard not to, the best way maybe would be to masturbate and nearly ejaculate 5 times, then leave it for 2 or 3 hours so you’re fully back to normal, then do the same again, say three times a day so you’d be almost ejaculating 15 times a day but not ejaculating once.
Not sure I could do that, since I want to get it over with after nearly ejaculating say 3 or 4 times, the 5Th time its like wild horses can’t stop me, but that’s lack of discipline and I know if I can possibly do it, this is the way to condition yourself so you could have sex for hours on end. That’s what we all want right? Apart from a bigger unit to do it with he-he.
