Anyone practice semen retention?
I am reading a book about semen retention, and I am wondering if anyone here practices that, and has found it beneficial. I haven’t been able to climax without ejaculation, but I hope to be able to do that. I have been doing scrotal breathing, and found that very helpful, along with a special yin gathering exercise. I do this because I don’t have access to get yin from a woman. I think its helping a lot with erection strength, and also overall energy and health.
Doing back exercises in the book is surprisingly helpful. There is a connection between the lower back and sexual health, along with the health of the kidneys. I also have been doing a special urination exercise. You stand on your toes, and take a deep breath, and as you urinate you exhale, and force the urine out as forcefully as you can. Also you have to clamp your but cheeks together while doing this. I am still not sure I am doing it right, but I need to hold onto the towel rack when I do this. Taking careful aim not to miss the toilet. Just something else to consider. I would like to hear anyone elses experience about these things. Thank you, aegi
