Anyone tried a Priapump?

Anyone tried a Priapump?

Hi,
I recently came across some info on a pria- (as in priapism) pump as an add-on to the Monster 101 book by CJ Major. It’s interesting pump adaptation using a tight, semi rigid base and a cuff sized for your flaccid size the idea of which is to keep your penis engorged with blood only — no edema. You have to build your own and in checking, I haven’t seen one of these on the market. It’s not hard, so I built one and starting using it yesterday. I had a bunch of trouble getting it to seal and I’m still experimenting. But when it does seal you get one hell of a hard on — kind of like clamping, maybe a little harder . At 8 in HG, I’m feeling like it’s bursting — fully engorged, like 110% , but not painful like air pumping at too high a pressure. The author claims the induced priapism will force your cavernous and spongiosum to grow. I’m intrigued and am wondering if anyone out there has more experience with one of these and would share tips and results.

Start 7.25 x 5.25 (BPEL, mseg), Now 8 x 6 and growing.

Is it like pumping with a cock ring? Seems even more dangerous than that. I was warned not to do it. So I’ll pass that on to you.

The literature says that low blood oxygen in other tissues causes collagen deposition.

My own test on ischemia indicated that too. I tried blocking off blood flow to my penis 5 minutes at a time periodically, after a few days I was developing hard flaccid and I stopped since I already have enough experience with hard flaccid to know it’s a bad thing.

Starting: 7"bplx5.2" 2017 (shrunk from disuse)(originally 8"bplx4.5", gained to 9"bplx6")

Goal: 11.5"bplx7" 2021.

Hey,

I am always interested in new pump approaches, but I have never heard of Priapumping.
I am really curious about it.
Reminds me of condom/silicone sleeve pumping combined with a a pump cushion-sleeve at the base of the cylinder.

Are there any pics of a finished priapump or instructions ?
How does a routine look like ?
Do you like priapumping and continue it?

" PE is a helluva drug. "

First let me say, I’ve been pumping — both water and air for several years.

I’ve been experimenting with the pria system for a couple weeks so too soon to see any noticeable results. And you’re right it is like the silicone sleeve system you mentioned. The exception is that you used a relatively firm base. I use a food service foam - as recommended - and a silicone sleeve at the base for a seal. It gives a crazy hard pump even at 8 in hg. At present that’s my limit. The author recommends 5 minute sessions, followed up by a 2-5 minute break, mild jelling during the break to keep yourself engorged, working up to an hour at a time, so 30 minutes total in the tube. I can do about 15 (30 minutes total) and my boy has had enough. The routine is recommended every other day, but at first 1 day on, 2 off and that’s where I’m at now.

When you get done you feel really stretched, but without edema, you’d get with other pumping systems. I’ll let you know how it goes in a few more weeks.

Thx for going into detail.
That is really interesting.

I am still curious about the base.
Is this base needed for cushion or to provide a better diameter for the shaft (making the entrance narrower) ?
Is the sleeved rolled over the styrofoam base or the rim of the cylinder ?

Sorry the set up is difficult to imagine ;)

What pressure levels are recommended for this style of pumping ?

Hopefully you will get some nice gains by using the new set up.
Please keep us updated.

Hey PE-PE,

I can’t reproduce the work since it’s copyrighted, but here’s how I’ve made it work. I use a large diameter 4 in diameter tube — the one from Zen Hanger you can also use for vac hanging — to allow for maximum expansion.

The foam disc is 6 in and I need to use 2 stacked together to get a good seal. I’ve made them out of 1/2 inch high density foam that’s used for institutional food packaging. You cut a center hole for your penis the size of your flaccid girth or maybe an 1/8th smaller. Around the base of my penis, I use a silicone sleeve — an anti-turtling sleeve — that I cut down to about 2 in. Use a small amount of lube inside the sleeve to seal it and then slide the foam discs down your penis and over the sleeve. Then you’re ready to pump. With the tightness of the sleeve and disc, it’ll take longer for your erection to grow, but this is a good thing because you get blood and hardly any other fluids. It may take 2 to 4 minutes until you feel fully engorged. Start your timer there doing 5 minutes in the tube, 3-5 minutes, mildly jelqing during the rest time. I get an incredible pump at 7-8 in Hg. After a 40 minute session — 20 or so in the tube — I have little or no edema and my penis is feels fuller and heavier for a good 24 hours. The next day your erection is a little weak — say 75 percent. And for about 24 to 36 hours after I feel sore from the inside, the cavernosa from being stretched. By the way, I’ve been taking the volume and recovery pills from Zen Hanger, which I think help you recover faster. But after that erection quality is awesome. The EQ alone is worth it! I’m doing this 1 day on and 2 off or longer off if I think I’m going to be having sex. It seems like I’ve gained a little girth so far, but haven’t given it long enough to tell if that’s permanent. I’ll report back in a couple more months.

Thanks for sharing.

This guy uses a salespitch and a commercial blog worthy of the early 2000s. It’s badly written spam. From what I understand he’s charging 87 dollars to suggest pumping with a silicone sleeve wrapped around the base. This has been done before. If this is true, for that price he could add the sleeve, the foam rings and a large butt plug so you can physically feel what your wallet endured.

Hey Tofer,

thank you for your in depth answer.
I really appreciate that you took the time to explain the concept of Priapumping.
Interesting concept for sure. Never thought of pumping with such a narrow and fixed opening.
It seems that there is a bit of clamping/ballooning involved too.

Maybe you can report back how it works for you in the long run.

Hey Tofer,

I tried pria pumping too and really like it so far :)
Thank you for your contribution to the forums.

It seems that pria pumping is a mix of ballooning up, pumping and clamping.
I really like the sensation and the expansion it gives.
No fluid build up in 3 sessions.
I tried 3 pressure ranges and all give satisfying results.
It is very tempting to pump up to very high vac levels because the erection builds up slowly.
I did go up to 10-12 inhg with no problems and ill effects on my EQ.

I will keep it in the future at 2-4 inHg and use pressure spikes for 10-15 s seconds up to 7 inHg to pull more shaft through the opening into the cylinder.

This style worked best for me so far, but this might change with further experience.

The build of the base was a bit difficult because I couldn’t find a usable material.
Got some difficulties to really understand the properties of the material that is used in the original pria pump. At first I went to a asian restaurant and got some styrofoam cups for soups and glued 2 tops together.
Got a got a good fit from the get go, but I didnt like the hard feeling of the material (strong clamping effect).

Afterwards I tried several other materials, but settled on a thin cheap neoprene mouse pad cut in round shape and stacked in three layers (not glued together for easier removal).
The pad seals and cushions very good and the clamping effect is more gentle compared to more firm materials.

At the base of the shaft I put a lubed silicone toe shield cap. Works pretty well.
In the future I plan to stack up to 3 silicone shields to increase the clamping effect in the session.

What I like best about pria pumping is that you get a incredible expansion in very short time and the underside of my shaft is expanded (a area that I always got difficulties to get to expand; especially in the top shaft).

The size of the base (the opening) must be a good fit to achieve a nice clamp/squeeze effect.
I really had to be patient to get that effect happening because it takes time to build up a erection (2-3 Min) and more re-pumps than usual.

If somebody wants to build a pria pump, I can recommend to try several different opening cuts and to start with a larger one before doing long sets. Safety first.
Btw pria pumping is not a beginner exercise. Without prior experience in squeeze/clamped exercises and pumping I wouldnt try it.

If there are problems with the seal, moving the base and the silicone sleeve down with one hand and do slow “helicopter stretches” stretches with the other helps to expose more shaft before entering the cylinder. Lube helps too.

All in all, I like pria pumping so far.
I did cockring ballooning/clamping with US in the last weeks and plan to combine it with pria pumping in the future.
Really curious about the effects of the combination.

I will continue to report.

Donโ€™t pump but I am interested in seeing the results of this experiment. Idea seems solid and you claim to have advanced PE experience under your belt. Keep up the good work and remember safety is our primary concern.

Started BPFSL: 7.2"; BPEL: 7.25"; MSEG: 5.13"; BEG: 5"

Current BPFSL: 8.625"; BPEL: 8.0"; HEG: 5.375"; MSEG: 5.25"; BEG: 5"

Initial Goal : 9 x 6

Hey PE PE,

I’m glad you’re trying the pria pump. I’ve been pumping like this for about a month and find I can do it 2 days on with 1-2 off, depending on recovery needed. Like you, I had to search for a good base material. FYI - I’ve found that this material works best: Food-Grade Super-Cushioning Foam Sheet, Polyethylene, 24" x 24" x 3/8", White which I purchased at McMaster-Carr.

I’ve found that it lasts at least 10 sessions before starting to tear. Anyway, that size sheet will last me months. The cleaner your cuts are, the less likely it is to tear. I use two layers of material stacked together and I haven’t had to replace the silicone sleeve that goes over the base of my penis.

I find the pump is incredible at about 8 in hg and I find that it takes 3-5 minutes to reach full erection. You could up the pressure to get a quicker erection and then back off. But so far, I take it to 8 and I start timing at full erection and do 5-7 minute sets with about 2-3 minutes in between to restore blood flow. But importantly, don’t lose the erection in between sets.

This week, I started doing a couple of 10 minute clamping sets, followed up by 3-6 sets in the pria pump. And I’ve gotten even better expansion!

In a little more than a month, I’ve gained a 1/4 inch in girth and maybe an 1/8 inch in length. I’ve also noticed a plumper flaccid — also encouraging.

I put my pics up at ‘post flaccid and erect pics’ earlier this week.

Please let me know your progress and also any ways you learn to tweak the system.

Hey Tofer,

I am glad that you introduced the concept to the thunderplace community. I researched a bit more and it seems that the creator of this method is M9ter (a former thundersplace member) from the ajelqforyou community on reddit.
Although I visit this community from to time to time, I didn’t hear about it before.
It is a bit strange how he markets this concept and sells it. Not very community friendly.

Thx for clarifying. I thought the material that you used is recommended by the book.
What is officially recommended as base material ?
I used a similar material (inlay of a packaging), but I prefer the mouse pad.
The neoprene will give a lot more than 10 uses.
I plan on making a new one with a more anatomical cut out. I really like that you can precisely cut out a shape. Something I couldnt do with the foam I used.
What I really like about the pads is the removal. Its easier to get off "slices"/"discs" than a thick cushioning after the session.
Since they are so thin I think about stacking more of them with time to increase intensity and squeeze effect.
Same with the toe shields at the base. I will stack them if I want or need a stronger clamping effect.

In the first sessions I tried higher pressure ranges too to pump up (pressure spikes).
But when I am fully engorged after a couple of minutes, I think there is no need to go that high and its best to lower the vacuum.

Since I am planning to use Pria Pumping for my next routine, I already changed my pumping style from my first sessions.

This is indeed very encouraging.

What I learned so far:

- more then 7-8 Min sets will increase the risk of discoloration
- red spots appear faster compared to unrestricted pumping
- the workout replaces 3 exercises: ballooning, clamping/squeezing and pumping
- very efficient work out, therefore less time needs to be invested compared to long pumping sessions
- no fluid build up, very veiny look, great flaccid, long lasting expansion
- unique effect on the tunica, it is very pliable so it is even possible to stretch after a short break since there is no fluid build up compared to regular pumping
- feels more safe than clamping and ulis
- length is compromised in the tube compared to a normal low pressure pumping session, but the volume is bigger
- high pressure feels good and is intuitive (especially when you pump up), but it seems low pressure works too
- when you are pumped up and fully engorged it can get dangerous if high pressure is still used, lowering the pressure is a good idea at this point

My routine

- to avoid discoloration, EQ problems and pressure spikes I use my converted aquarium pump at 2,5 inHg with a open valve circuit
- 3,5 inHg gives me a very hard and easy to maintain erection in the pria pump, at 2,5 inHg I have to work more to keep the EQ up so I have to be more focused
- 5 min Sets for conditioning and later on max 7-8 min sets
- I use 2 cylinder sizes, the bigger one for pria pumping and a narrow one in between the sets

- instead of my usual jelq breaks I do manual high frequency pulse pumping at a slightly higher vacuum level than in the pria pump (3-3.5 inHg) to get some length stretching (narrow fit cylinder), expansion, blood circulation and new stimulus to expand in the next pria pumping set
- pulse pumping helps to avoid discoloration, EQ swings and red spots
- I still wear the toe shield/silicone sleeve at the base for a gentle squeeze while pulse pumping

By doing all of this I get a much better expansion and it feels good after a session. It doesn’t feel worked out at all compared to my usual routines.

My goal is to work my way up to 3x7-8 min sets at max 5 inHg and doing 5-8 min pulse pumping in between sets.
Rhythm is 1/1 atm.

All in all, I like pria pumping so far and will continue to experiment.

Thank you for sharing Tofer and pe_pe.

I hope you donโ€™t mind me asking about the rigid foam that you are using. Is the material supposed to cover the entire length of your shaft or just the first inch of the base of the penis?

Thank you.
