Hey Tofer,
I am glad that you introduced the concept to the thunderplace community. I researched a bit more and it seems that the creator of this method is M9ter (a former thundersplace member) from the ajelqforyou community on reddit.
Although I visit this community from to time to time, I didn’t hear about it before.
It is a bit strange how he markets this concept and sells it. Not very community friendly.

Thx for clarifying. I thought the material that you used is recommended by the book.
What is officially recommended as base material ?
I used a similar material (inlay of a packaging), but I prefer the mouse pad.
The neoprene will give a lot more than 10 uses.
I plan on making a new one with a more anatomical cut out. I really like that you can precisely cut out a shape. Something I couldnt do with the foam I used.
What I really like about the pads is the removal. Its easier to get off "slices"/"discs" than a thick cushioning after the session.
Since they are so thin I think about stacking more of them with time to increase intensity and squeeze effect.
Same with the toe shields at the base. I will stack them if I want or need a stronger clamping effect.

But so far, I take it to 8 and I start timing at full erection and do 5-7 minute sets with about 2-3 minutes in between to restore blood flow. But importantly, don’t lose the erection in between sets.
In the first sessions I tried higher pressure ranges too to pump up (pressure spikes).
But when I am fully engorged after a couple of minutes, I think there is no need to go that high and its best to lower the vacuum.
Since I am planning to use Pria Pumping for my next routine, I already changed my pumping style from my first sessions.

In a little more than a month, I’ve gained a 1/4 inch in girth and maybe an 1/8 inch in length. I’ve also noticed a plumper flaccid — also encouraging.
This is indeed very encouraging.

What I learned so far:
- more then 7-8 Min sets will increase the risk of discoloration
- red spots appear faster compared to unrestricted pumping
- the workout replaces 3 exercises: ballooning, clamping/squeezing and pumping
- very efficient work out, therefore less time needs to be invested compared to long pumping sessions
- no fluid build up, very veiny look, great flaccid, long lasting expansion
- unique effect on the tunica, it is very pliable so it is even possible to stretch after a short break since there is no fluid build up compared to regular pumping
- feels more safe than clamping and ulis
- length is compromised in the tube compared to a normal low pressure pumping session, but the volume is bigger
- high pressure feels good and is intuitive (especially when you pump up), but it seems low pressure works too
- when you are pumped up and fully engorged it can get dangerous if high pressure is still used, lowering the pressure is a good idea at this point
My routine
- to avoid discoloration, EQ problems and pressure spikes I use my converted aquarium pump at 2,5 inHg with a open valve circuit
- 3,5 inHg gives me a very hard and easy to maintain erection in the pria pump, at 2,5 inHg I have to work more to keep the EQ up so I have to be more focused
- 5 min Sets for conditioning and later on max 7-8 min sets
- I use 2 cylinder sizes, the bigger one for pria pumping and a narrow one in between the sets
- instead of my usual jelq breaks I do manual high frequency pulse pumping at a slightly higher vacuum level than in the pria pump (3-3.5 inHg) to get some length stretching (narrow fit cylinder), expansion, blood circulation and new stimulus to expand in the next pria pumping set
- pulse pumping helps to avoid discoloration, EQ swings and red spots
- I still wear the toe shield/silicone sleeve at the base for a gentle squeeze while pulse pumping
By doing all of this I get a much better expansion and it feels good after a session. It doesn’t feel worked out at all compared to my usual routines.
My goal is to work my way up to 3x7-8 min sets at max 5 inHg and doing 5-8 min pulse pumping in between sets.
Rhythm is 1/1 atm.
All in all, I like pria pumping so far and will continue to experiment.
