Anyone Use A Ballzinger Recently?

I haven’t seen much recent discussion on the forums related to the use of a Ballzinger or Blakoe Ring or “Ring of Power”….all names for the same contraption designed to provide a constant zinc/copper produced “zing” to your unit.

I’d be very interested in hearing any experiences or opinions.
