Anyone use Priligy or similar?

I’d really like to give Priligy a try for PE but I also use Sildenifil and I don’t know if thats a safe combo. The sildinifil already reduces blood pressure and I read that priligy does that as well. I need to find something for PE because my frenulum is very sensitive all of a sudden. Don’t know if the exercises and extenders have added to that sensitivity but it seems moreso than ever.

I guess the logical person to ask would be the pharmacist filling the prescription.

What are you contemplating Priligy for?

I’ve used it and can say I definitely last longer. I’ve cut a 30mg pill in half and didn’t notice a difference between that and the full tablet, so you might be able to get some savings. My girl loves shallow penetration and without priligy its a struggle to keep fucking as it’s constant stimulation on the head and feels so good. Priligy dulls things just a tad to let me get through her first orgasm, then I can go deep.

Because of increased sensitivity especially on the frenulum area. I am not sure what is causing that lately unless its due to practicing PE. What are the side effects of using and are there any better/safer alternatives?

Dapoxetine (generic name for priligy) works and works well. I was always one to bust in a minute or two my whole life, no matter what methods I tried to combat it. I think it was a mental issue as well as a physical thing, I would get pretty anxious about not lasting and that certainly doesn’t help. So I got some dapoxetine from an overseas pharma (not FDA approved in the US yet) and gave it a shot. Wow, what a difference. 30mg and I would go for AT LEAST 10 minutes and had to really focus to finish. Tried 60mg and I couldn’t finish at all so stuck with 30mg that worked well for me. I used it for a few months and ran out. My experience without it was improved. Sometimes I would still finish relatively quickly but most times I would last like I would as if I was on the 30mg dose. Hence my realization that at least part of my “issue” was mental,

Fast forward to the start of the pandemic, I had a lot of life changes (most not for the better) and went into a bit of depression. Dr. Prescribed Lexapro and after about a month of taking it, my sex drive dropped and I could never finish at all during sex. Sounds like fun but it gets old. No woman wants to be railed for hours. It’s a very common side effect for men and women. Once I got off of that, things went back to the way they were right before COVID.

So, long story short, dapoxetine works on the same principle but it’s much shorter acting so it can be used here and there on demand. Hopefully, they will approve it for use in the US sometime soon as I’m sure a lot of men would benefit from taking it.
