Anyone with a mild phimosis doing PE?

Hello everyone!

I am a newbie here, this is my first post, since I only joined one day ago.

I have started with the Linear Newbie Routine and I am going for it for at least 2 months. I will not measure in the meantime, I hope I will be pleasantly surprised. If not, I will just change the routine I guess.

While jelqing, I have noticed that it is not so easy to do, technically speaking. I know I will get better with time, but I am wondering if my mild phimosis (I can fully reveal the head in flaccid state, but just about 1/3 while erect) is something I have to consider while jelqing or doing other PE exercises.

So, anyone with any type of phimosis around here? Any advice? Did you find it more difficult to do PE because of this condition or am I just anxious because I’m a beginner and still figuring things out?

I had something similar growing up. I stretched my foreskin long before I started PE.

I think you’d find not just PE, but sex in general a lot easier if you fixed your phimosis.

I used to just try to pull it all the way back while erect so it stretched out and hold for as long as I I could, and repeat that throughout the day.

Once the opening got wide enough for a couple of fingers to get in there, I would just insert 2 fingers and pull them apart and again hold for a couple of minutes several times throughout the day. (In a hot bath or shower is best)

Do this for a few months daily and I bet you will get to a point where you can comfortably retract your foreskin l the way even erect.

It’s definitely a fixable thing (by yourself at home), you don’t need to keep living with it if you don’t want to.

Just take it slow and increase over time, just pretend it is yet another PE exercise and use the same common sense approach.

Make sure you keep things clean and practice good hygiene because you might create micro-tears if you’re too zealous, and those would make you more prone to infections both bacterial and yeast.

From your description, you don’t have too far to go. My memory is that once I was able to get 2 fingers inside, I was able to progress relatively quickly.

Just had my first "exercise". Just stretching for 90 sec. Did feel a little bit of pain, but nothing much. I think I will do it like 4-5 times / day but without any pain. Not sure if I should increase intensity over time or just the stretching time. Thanks for the advice, I won’t overdo it.
