Alright well I don’t have much of a desire to boost up my girth, because it’s already freaked out a few that my cock has as much girth as their wrists , but hey who doesn’t want an 9 inch penis?? So I was wondering if anyone could tell me of some of their accounts with length exercises and what they found to be successful, and what they found to be not so successful. Any help would be great.. Join Date: Oct 2005? How about manual stretching? Then go on to incorporate v-stretches in your routine. Don’t shy away from ADSing (i.e. Monty’s PE weights). Later one (way later on) if you are still not satisfied with your length I would say… hang. Since you have a 8.2 right now you should be able to reach your 9 inch goal with manual stretching. Try losing some weight too to reduce that fat pad making your BPEL .7” more than your NBPEL. You’ll find it makes a huge difference. You’re very close to your goal, good luck. I didn’t find you sounded cocky at all, it IS a Penis Enlargement forum now isn’t it?

Oh and of course Wet Jelq at low erection capacity i.e. 30-40%. This will keep your penis nice and conditioned for length excercises and you’ll find it’s a length excercise in yourself. You might gain some minor girth if you jelq at too high of a erection capacity.

Um.. Stretch.. Stretch.. Stretch.. And jelq. That’s what seems to be working fine for me.

For ADS you have a couple of different choice, you can Fowfer, use a belt, buy an expensive penis stretcher or make your own. In my opinion the best and cheapest solution that many people rave about are Monty’s PE weights. I must sound like I’m selling them (I promise you I’m not) but they really are great.

Well, manual stretching and ads seems to do the job for me. Just remember, this takes time, took me 3months to get a gain and 5 months to be sure I really had made a gain….Good luck and welcome!
