Are cold wraps effective?

I’m using cold wraps at the end of my routines now. But I’m worried that it might be ruining my gains. Should I keep using cold wraps?

I use them and find that my post pe flaccid stays bigger for longer.

I have been wondering about this as well.

For an injury or trauma, which is what PE is, we are taught the R.I.C.E. concept for healing and preventing inflammation.

Rest
Ice
Compression
Elevation

I did some during the other day and read of people pumping with cold water and using cold compresses to try and cement gains. I want to read more about it.

I did have my first edema swelling from pumping the other day. The hot tub made it worse. I stuck my dick in a cup of ice water and the swelling went down rather quickly.

Seems some people have used a mix of hot and cold.

Definitely interested in learning more about it.

I briefly read about using heat right after the training session to make sure newly oxygenated blood circulated around and then switching to cold in efforts to cement or freeze the gains.

Some people mentioned that they really enjoyed cold pumping. I will give it a go in the upcoming weeks.

Yh I read about it in someones thread and it made sense so I tried it and have been doing it ever since.

Hey, how do you create your cold wraps? (Is it just cold wet towel?)

Use heat. Cold usage is almost always to constrict blood vessels to there’s no swelling. Be smart gentlemen.

Yes I literally just leave my towel under cold running water and wrap it around my dick. I repeat this three to four times.
