Are loss of gains a symptom of overtraining
Hey.
I’ve been doing the following..
5-10 min warm up in bath
15-20 stretch, 20 secs in each direction x 3 and ‘helicopters’
10 x 50 Jelq’s, lasts about 30 mins.
Warm down stretch 15 secs in each direction and ‘helicopters’
5-10 min warm down in bath
Takes around an hour all in all.
I’m doing the 3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off routine.
At first I saw girth gains and slight length gains, helped by a fuller erection. But now I seem to have reverted a little and my girth is only a little more than when I started..
Has anyone else had this prob? Is it caused by over-training or is my routine bad?
