Are there any known negative effects of combining PE with taking protein
I’ve been doing PE for quite some time now and I just recently started hanging. I want to take protein for body building, completely unrelated to PE, just like working out at the gym and stuff. Protein speeds up muscle recovery and I’m wondering if that’s a bad thing for my penis since I’ve read that hanging or any PE in general is less effective if you allow your penis to strengthen by recovering. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you
