I just started jelqing again (after jelqing improperly and messing my EQ up for a bit). My non jelqed starting stats are 6.5”x5.5”. Is it possible that I get to 8”x6.5” within the next year or so, assuming I don’t injure myself and properly take care of my penis?

With the strongest belief to achive any goal in life, nothing can hinder you to get and grab that goal you are striving after.. so yes! It’s possible

Heat is the key!

Whether it’s genetic, technique, time-commitment or something else, some guys are able to get more gains than others. Gaining +1.5” length and +1” girth is possible, but it would put you in the top [X]%) and doing so in a year would make you a celebrity on this board if you included photographic evidence of your gains. I think ~1” length and ~1/2” girth are reasonable targets for many newbies in a year or so of dedicated work.

I would say yes, but I would recommend including an all-day stretcher in your routine. I know I have virtually no experience here, but I’ll explain my reasoning:
I first came to the world of PE because of the scientific evidence supporting PE through long-term stretching via a device. I believe that it is likely that jelqing and shorter, more intense stretches do work for PE, but I’ve never seen any peer-reviewed evidence supporting this. Moreover, the evidence I’ve seen in favor of ADS also supports the idea that ADS will give you faster length gains than jelqing will. The literature on the Androextender, for example, supports a claim of 1”+ in 6 months, provided regular wear and progressively-increasing tractions.

That said, I would urge you not to spend money on it but rather to build your own. I’m currently using ChickenChoker’s ADS, which if you’re smart about buying your supplies should run you about 10 dollars and is very easy to use.

When would I switch from the newbie routine and what would I do after it?

After the newbie routine, you will get an idea what exercises work best for you. Look at the tutorial page or the video for the more advanced exercises. Don’t forget to read the page of the positive and negative indicators though.

Possible? Yes. Probable? No. With the girth being the sticking point for most guys. Stick with the newbie routine until (if) it stops working.
