Are Weak Erections OK?
If my routine is 5on/2off, is it okay to have weaker erections towards the end of the week if my EQ is at a 10 after the two rest days?
I have been trying to determine if good EQ all the time is better than allowing it to get low before a rest day. I’m assuming it’s better to rest at the immediate sign of fatigue if you want girth and to keep pushing through fatigue if you want length. At least that has been my experience.
