Are you supposed to feel sore

I’ve been PEing for about 2 months now and just recently when I stretch, the next day I feel sore at the base of the penis (perhaps in the ligs).

It’s not painful, just sore when I try to stretch it again but after a few stretches the soreness disappears.

Is this how you are supposed to feel the next day?

It’s normal to feel some soreness.

Have you made any gains?

I haven’t accurately measured yet but I feel that I have made slight girth gains and no length gains & my girlfriend (who doesn’t know that I PE) says that it feels heavier for some reason but she can’t figure why? He he

Since I haven’t gained length yet, could it be that I have only just begun to feel the soreness the next day??

It isn’t normal to feel some soreness. PE should leave you feeling stimulated; kind of comfortable, even horny.

D’OH I’ve got two different answers.

Well it’s definitely stimulating after the PE routine but the next day it’s slightly sore.

If others could chime in and give their advice/opinion on whether or not I’m stretching too hard to cause soreness to the ligs & if this is a good or bad sign.

Please realise that it’s not painful at all. I just don’t know whether I’m meant to feel sore ligs as I’ve only recently begun to feel it & flaccid length has somewhat gotten better.

At the same time I don’t want to injure myself.

Does this soreness become apparant during the next PE session, or just throughout the day?

I don’t think you have much to worry about on your ligs being a little bit sore from stretching, however it might be wise to just stretch a bit lighter.

Perhaps Avocet8 is being a little facetious. Soreness/dick fatigue, especially in the area you’re mentioning, is reported around here very commonly. I get it myself, exactly as you’ve described it to a “T”. Can’t feel it’s there (the soreness) until I start my routine and then it goes away pretty quickly after I warmup. Some soreness seems inevitable to me. After all, we’re stretching friggin’ *ligaments* for gawd’s sake!

I usually dont feel sore the next day. But what I have a problem with is while Im stretching, my dick burns. It feels like my skin is pulling too tight. I had this problem while I was stretching with my extender and I felt it a little bit with the ads. Is there a way toremedy this. ANYBODY


If you stretch it, it will grow. If you clamp it, she will know.

I think she must be from a Victoria’s Secret deal. I think they did the angel wing thing like that a couple/few years back- wings just like that. She’s a PRIME piece of tail- no doubt.

No. I wasn’t being that.

I’m trying to remember when PE wore me out; left me sore. There were a few times when I overdid something, but in general, no. It all felt more invigorated after a session and rarely a pain next day.

So. My point is, that it is possible to make gains and not hurt along the way. :)

You’re probably right avocet8. I am definitely more likely to fall in the camp of those who get sore, but who could avoid it if they took it a little easier. It’s pretty hard for me to take that very necessary one day off in 3. If I forget where I’m at with my workout, I’ll always err on the side of working out. Bad newbie, bad newbie!!!!

You and gprent are like the cool heads of PE, constantly reminding us that the pain isn’t necessary unless we are just built to bring ourselves to it.

By the way Avocet8, what have your gains been and over what period of time. I can’t recall if I’ve ever heard you fess up! Are you gaining good? Have you attained the summit and are now just maintaining? The stats of the persistent and careful are intriguing to me.

I fessed up many times. Easiest way to see is in the PE Data Site which we should all pay attention to and contribute to. Helps Newbies get encouraged; keeps ‘em going.

Interesting stats avocet8! Good freakin’ job! That first year where you went from 6 to 8.3- were you psyched or what!? What was the basis of your routine in 2001? And why is your length going down since then but with increases in girth? Are you clamping or going specifically for girth now? You did all of this growing in ONE YEAR without a lot of soreness? Incredible.

However, I think Alessandra Ambrosio is much better. She was named Supermodel of the year last year I believe. Yes, she’s a VS model.

The VS chicks from Brazil are the hottest out of all the VS models. imo.
