You’re probably right avocet8. I am definitely more likely to fall in the camp of those who get sore, but who could avoid it if they took it a little easier. It’s pretty hard for me to take that very necessary one day off in 3. If I forget where I’m at with my workout, I’ll always err on the side of working out. Bad newbie, bad newbie!!!!

You and gprent are like the cool heads of PE, constantly reminding us that the pain isn’t necessary unless we are just built to bring ourselves to it.
By the way Avocet8, what have your gains been and over what period of time. I can’t recall if I’ve ever heard you fess up! Are you gaining good? Have you attained the summit and are now just maintaining? The stats of the persistent and careful are intriguing to me.
