It’s alright guys, I will not give up, and I will try to gain an +- inch. That would be encouraging me more to keep on doing PE. I will take good advices from you guys, and continue jelqing for three months and see how the result is. If it brings up some positive signs, I will keep on doing my routine and by this time I will add some ‘spices’ in my routine and obviously I will search/read in this forum :) .

Hi, I just read a new information about LOT. So, this is my 4th week of PE-ing.

Is this LOT thing even real ? If so, I have LOT at 6 o’clock ?

Which manual stretching that works for me to gain more length? I’m aiming for length, that is my objective T_T.

Yep I am in the same boat as you mate, just wondering if there’s any herbs or foods we can add to promote healthy gains with our routines.

I’m so sorry my friend. I’m still a newbie, same as you. If any of veterans here could tell us, would be much appreciated. I’m on Newbie Routine, this is my 4th week. And I think, it has improved my EQ, flaccid looks bigger now hhaa. I wish you good lucky on your journey my friend !

Hello Asian Brother,

I understand what you are going through and believe me, you are doing the right thing by coming on to this forum and starting your PE journey. Always remember that this is a LONG TERM commitment so you need to make some sacrifices in order to achieve your goals. Short term pain for long term gains.

Now, when it comes to gaining length in such a rapid short period. I honestly believe that you can achieve your first real gains quickly if you have done ZERO PE in your life. If your collagen fibres have never experience the stress load of stretching then you might be at advantage. Again, this is not proof or anything but its just my opinion and from what I read over the years. If you decide to stick to the routine you are on and gradually increase the intensity based on your PIs or how you feel, and not take any long breaks (unless you need to do a decon because your gains have plateau) then always make sure that you want to keep creating micro tears when stretching and not allow those micro tears to heal too quickly.
