Hello, I’m from SEA and y’all already been knowing that, being an Asian with tiny dick is so so real. 3.3 - 3.5’ bone-pressed flaccid and 4.4 - 4.6’ during erect. It makes me so sad.

But after doing a lot of reading and research, I was decided to try stretching and jelqing and I’ve been started PE for like two weeks ago, and I’m entering the third week right now.

I’ve been following Newbie method, 5 mins hot wrap > 5 mins stretching > 10 mins jelq > 5 mins edging > 5 mins hot wrap (2 days on / 1 day off) .

Try to be disciplined and didn’t masturbate at all so far.

I wanted to ask/confirmation from you guys :-

Stretching 5 mins
-downward (maximum pull for the first 15 secs following by another 15secs with another hand support for stronger force *still not too high or getting pain = total 30 secs)
-forward (same as above)
-pull to the stomach (same as above)
-right (same as above)
-left (same as above)
-BTC (same as above)
-then downward again (same as above)
- forward (same as above)
- left (same as above)
- right (same as above)

Jelqing (this part I wasn’t clear enough)
-I will jelq with an erection between 40-60% (I’m seriously need length)
-I’m using coconut oil for jelqing, I wasn’t count how many jelqs but I’m using 10 minutes timer. Is it okay?
-3-4 secs for each stroke, and will change the other hand before reach the glans while trapping there some blood. Is it correct way of jelqing??
- this is my third week, I’ve noticed that when I jelq around 5 mins, I feel like my dick is going to explode. Its so heavy sometimes. Is it filled with blood in my glans? Will I be okay if I keep on jelqing, its too tight, I scare it will explode :(

How do I tell if I’ve done the jelqing correctly at the end of the session?

I don’t want ask much, I just need 5 - 5.5’ BPEL, 4.5-5’ EG for my first goal. I keep on getting +ve signs day by day. Morning wood, expanded flaccid (but its still small), no red dot.

Good advices will be appreciated.

I think that your “newbie” routine is good.
Don’t forget your 5-10 minutes warm-up.
Personally, I do not change the position of my hands when I do some jelqs. (video)
(I also use coconut oil for jelqs but, be careful don’t press too hard when you do it)
P.E is like a marathon, it takes time … months, years.

Thanks mate! Ya, I will not forget that. Its the basic thing even other sports also need to warm up first, right? I’m using the overhand OK grip, because its hard for me to use the normal OK grip because of the “ant-like” dick lol.
Okay, I will try to not to change hand for the repetitions in future. Tomorrow is my off day huhu.

The thing is, I keep on stopping the jelqing after several strokes because I’m thinking my dick is going to explode. Sometimes my dick feels like its really tight to jelq for the next strokes. But at this stage, my dick will looks like getting bitten by a bee. So thick, I love how my dick looks at this stage. But it is just temporary, It will shrink away after I’ve done the routine :( .

Thanks dude! You guys are very encouraging me and I will keep on going until I reach my mini goal which is 5’x4.5’ (would be a big achievement for me rofl).

Routine looks good! Try not make your dick explode, last thing you want to start out with is an injury. Jelq moderately at the beginning and good luck.

My friend, the mountain you have started to climb looks massive, almost impossible, but keep the faith, plod on, as your journey progresses you will learn shortcuts and easier routes and when you look back you will have come much further than you ever thought possible.

What you mean massive mountain? He asked only about 1 inch for length. Some people get that in 1-2 months without any efforts. Sometimes it takes more than year, but I’m pretty sure most of people can get 1,5-2 inches length with enough patience.

Welcome Roy, routine looks well, warming is important. Jelq shouldn’t feel like exploding, if you mean feel heavy it’s ok, if you mean pain, you are making to much pressure and can injure yourself.

Follow newbie routine, it works. I followed 3 months and gain 1cm long and go for more, before start using any device.

This is a long road, be patience, constant and prudent. Keep working. Success in getting your goals.

I’m not so sure. I gained over an inch in my first 3 months. It’s getting the next inch that’s been tough for me! Anyway, I imagine that there are a few people who actually have gained a full inch in 2 months.

Keep in mind that PEing goes against medical conventions, and proves that theories making consensus are actually wrong. But it’s also the case here. That newbie routine is nothing scientific and most consensuses here are to be questioned as well. People who conceived the newbie routine most likely never tried it on their former unexperienced selves. They were already seasoned. It took me a year to start getting positive sensations from flacid stretches, and more to understand how to jelk and grip well. I’m not even quite sure about jelq yet. When I started, only semi erect V stretches did something to me. Basically, I wouldn’t have been able to pull that famous newbie routine the first year. It’s a common issue with experts to build newbie exercises that cannot work on newbies, whether it is in sports or arts, PE is no exception. So keep an open mind to all sorts of exercises and find the ones that give positive sensations and results.
