Asymmetrical Ligaments
Hi there,
I have quite a bit of hanging experience (mostly Bib). Recently, I have been trying out the Hanging with FIRe method. My penis however, twists/rotates about 30-45 degrees (depending on weight) counter-clockwise. I believe this is from a small injury I had while compression hanging years ago. I hurt my left lig and couldn’t hang for a while. My erection even rotates a little to the left now. I am now vacuum hanging.
My question is: How can I correct this? Should I let myself rotate while hanging, hoping that puts more stress on the right side and results in things evening out? Or should I prop something on the side of the weights while hanging in order to make sure it’s straight?
