But it is almost exactly like a jelq done manually, you don’t need to hold the glands in that case why would you need to this one

I almost finished the piston and rod, all I have to do with that is the locking mechanism axle and wheel and extension for the armatures that will do clamping. After the piston and rod I have the track and linear actuator to deal with which will be the hard part, I say, after the piston and rod is done with the locking mechanism and clamping arms finished, I will have about 90% more work to be done. Will post progress pictures soon hopefully

Here is are some pictures of the piston and rod section it is pretty simple, the only problem I had was finding the spring. I will post more as progress continues.

Even though it is not finished, I find it extremely big. Avogadro, after you done finihsing it up, I think you should look to make it smaller but keep or improve its efficiency.

This is just the prototype, I will not only make it smaller, but use more suitable materials once I move from the alpha on to the beta stage. The thing is, even though it is big, It can still be set to clamp at a smaller size, but know, all I am concerned about is proving the concept as cost effectively and as simply as possible. Yes, I could of gone with the smaller PVC pipe and dowels, but that would of made it harder to construct for the first time. For later on I am considering plastic molds, or even 3d printing for a beta prototype. You are right though smaller parts will be better.

came up with a better and easier to build locking system, and then came up with one better than that. I was over thinking it. Here are the images of the latest design so far, I won’t bother posting the intermediate design. This one works very simply but for those of you who can’t interpret my drawing, I will explain it.

1. Incline plane gradually compresses locking spring as piston moves downward.

2. Once the incline plane runs out spring goes back to its original position allowing no movement back up from the cylinder spring.

3. Force from cylinder spring assures that piston wont slide down either.

For a real life example, this is similar to the seat adjustments on exercise machines, with the exception of automation.

BTW, would the pressure be constant throughout the motion or will it differ from part to part of the penis?

I could see how it could differ if your base girth was drastically different from your end, so, I guess it would be tighter in the base, but nothing too noticeable for the average penis shape. I guess we will know once we get there. Having uniform pressure perfectly would be hard though. Glad you brought it up something to consider for the next revision.

15% Done

Added on to the piston rod made the top armature and the wheel that will roll on the track. I will get started on the bottom armature which will be adjustable. I should have probably made the top armature lower down on the rod, but I wanted to have enough space for the lock.
