hey i was just wondering if i will gain anything by doing jelqs and stretches just in the shower for like 10 minutes is all each day…is this enough….or do i have to spend 30 minutes everyday and prepare with hotwraps, machines etc.

Some members have started out with your routine and have made some gains. Most end up putting in a lot more time and effort. Many eventually add “machines”, etc. You should definitely prepare with hotwraps, especially at the start. It takes extra time, but it’s well worth it. You’re less likely to injure yourself. Have you read the Newbies beginners threads? Make sure you do.

Average penis length is anywhere from 5-7 inches…90% of the population has this. Same with girth…90% of the population will have around 5” girth. This is all considering non-PEers.
