Back After Five Years . . .
Hey All,
I’m on the first of two rest days at the end of “week 1” and figure this is the perfect time to do my formal re-introduction.
I started PE five years ago - and lasted all of three weeks! I stopped because other priorities reared up. Over the past couple years, I’ve gotten the rest of my body in fine shape, and now have come back to PE - sort of like preparing the bow to put on the present, huh?
Not sure if I saw any gains from PE the first time around, but my measurements now are a little larger than my measurements then (about a 10% volume gain, actually, though I didn’t notice till I measured). I figure there are four possible reasons: (1) I may be measuring differently now, (2) PE might have given me gains in those three weeks, (3) I’ve done a lot of work with learning about multiple orgasms/cosmic orbit and so have flooded my dick with blood on a regular basis more than just regular sex/masturbating would have, and/or (4) working out and changing my diet away from soy has raised my testosterone levels and this has contributed to dick gains.
Regardless, here I am again. My growth goals are somewhat modest: 1 inch length and 1/2 inch girth, but I calculated that just these gains would raise my erect volume by 42%. That’s a big difference in any orifice! It would also bounce me from the small side of average to the large side, which suits my frame fine. Another goal of mine is to really do this work safely. High quality warm-ups and warm-downs, gradually increasing intensity as per the Newbie Routine, and not pushing it when in doubt. Lastly, I’d like to straighten out a slight curvature to the left.
My routine for now is the Newbie Routine with the following variations:
1. I do my warm-up and stretches in a warm bath. This is awesome - didn’t have a bath before. (Warm-down I use a wet face cloth.)
2. I do leg fowfers when sitting, bed fowfers when in bed, and wrap the base of my cock and balls when on my bicycle (how I commute) to prevent turtling and encourage flaccid growth. You could call me a follower of the Gospel According to Girtha. (Check out the “prevent turtling” link in my signature if you’re not familiar!)
I’m addicted to checking out this forum and am really grateful for the community here. It was great five years ago too. To see how it’s grown and the increased awareness of methodology is inspiring. I think this is the first time I really believe, as in, I know, that this stuff works. I look forward to reporting back my first month gains on January 7!
