Hello Guys,
I was doing some PE in past years and not so much these days but I am considering coming back.

However I have kind of issue with my girl friend.
When got an erection my balls come too close to the shaft and I get too aroused and ejaculate easily.

I tried to wrap a cloth around the ball sac and this kind of works but its not ideal.

I was wondering what exercises or resources can you recommend for this issue.

For info I have a red light lamp and I was thinking maybe making prolonged stretches in front of the lamp will give me more length of the skin
So I will have the balls further away from the shaft.

Do you have some other ideas ?

Kegel exercises are known to help reduce premature ejaculation. To prevent developing out of balanced pelvic muscles you also need to perform reverse kegels. You can search for more information kegels here or google it.

Simplistically, the muscle targeted by kegels can be identified as the same muscle you use to stop urinating mid stream. Reverse kegels target the muscle you use when trying to speed up or urinate more quickly. When you are new to reverse kegels you may find it difficult to isolate the pelvic muscle from the stomach muscle, but I have found that after 30 or 40 rk’s you can better isolate the proper pubic muscle.

I kegel and rk at least 100 each every day.

Orgasms are ‘tension’ based. Figure out what part of you body stores tension during sex. In my case it’s my lower abs. Relaxing my lower abs while throwing in a reverse kegal keeps me in the game longer.
You may find that you store tension in a different muscle group, just figure it out and then learn to relax that group.

Oh and I kegal and reverse kegal every day.
