I will add my two cents on ball stretching here — I have a new method now that works pretty good. I used to have very tight balls, and now, most of the time, I have a sack that hangs like a champ.
Three things have made this happen:
1. I tug on my sack when I am in the bathroom and think about it. (Once or twice a day on average, for 30 seconds or so.)
2. I bought a LongJohnny cylinder for total package pumping
3. Most importantly, once in awhile I do ball-only pumping in a 2" diameter tube
Regarding #3, I think this is the most important step I have taken that has given me something pretty close to "low hangers". (And remember, I used to have a tight sack!) The tube I use is an el cheapo novelty store variety. I almost threw it out, as I bought some much higher quality tubes, and didn’t see the purpose in keeping it. the edge of it is hard and almost sharp, so I need one of those silicon "donuts" that the cheaper tubes come with. What I did was, I cut out the middle of the donut, making the opening bigger. Then I use my fingers to open it up, drop my nuts in, and then lower my nuts (with donut attached) into the tube. I lube the balls a bit, pump to 10" Hg just to suck the balls deep, immediately lighten it to 4" Hg, and let the balls and sack swell and stretch further and further into the tube for an hour or so. It is amazing how much ball and scrotum is in the tube after 40 minutes or so. (I marked off where it hit a couple months ago when I started, and it is around 6"!)
When I take my balls from the tube, they are filled with lymph to the point where they can’t hang too loose. But it is not the fluid and swell that is making them permanently hang looser, in my opinion. I think it is the stretch in the tube.
Anyway, I was going to throw this cheap tube out, and then found a good use for it. I think the way the 2" diameter tube pulls the balls deep makes it very effective at stretching the scrotum.
