Ball Stretching And Varicocele?

Hello everyone!

I want to do some ball stretching using steel rings, but it seems like I have a varicocele in my left testicle. Not diagnosed, but sure looks and feels like one. I got no pain at all though.

Anyone with varicocele who has done ball stretching?
Did it affect you negatively in some way?

Also, I’ve read in some places that ball stretching could leave you infertile. Is this true??

I have a pretty serious vericocele on my left side. I don’t even like to touch it because it is so sensitive and delicate. I don’t really know what ball stretching is but I wouldn’t recommend any manipulation of a vericocele inflicted testicle unless done so by a urologist.
