I searched for ball strech and didn’t find what I wanted..so here it goes.

I dont want to use rings or anything, I just want to use the pulling method. Do I grab the balls and all to pull down or just the skin to stretch? I can’t pull very far if i grab the balls and all, so I didn’t think it was doing much good. Pulling just the skin seems like it would do more good, but I just wanted to make sure. thanks!

There are a few threads on this, maybe under ‘scrotum stretch.’

You can stretch this way for 5-10 minutes twice a day and you’ll probably notice a difference in the way they hang in a few weeks. Some guys pull the scrotum and the penis in opposite directions also. Testicle massage feels good and is healthy for you, that might have some effect on their size.

I just pull on the sac, pulling on your balls hurts man. I incorporated sac stretches into my routine a while ago. The sac really is quite easy to stretch, I was able to get a signifcant lower hang in only 2 or 3 weeks.
