Balls Hanging Lower

I have always had balls that are really tight to my body. However after doing the linear routine for about a month now, my balls hang consistently a little bit lower. I’m not going to argue the effect, its great, but I was just wondering what part of that routine would cause that? It seems like there is nothing there that would give you a little bit of low hang. Do you think my jelqs are stretching the upper part of my scrotum? Has anyone else had this effect? Thanks for any ideas!

Wear weights around your balls and warm underwear.

It may be from the stretching of the skin over time. Some people get lower hanging balls and some get turkey neck. I have no idea if it is tied to a specific part of a routine or not I just know it is a result of constant PE over time for most people.
