Base Girth
Hi guys,
I’m wondering if there are any PE exercise that aim to improve penis girth at the base.
I feel that all jelqs based techniques just stress the upper part and searching around the forum the only answer I found was hanging.. That scary me a bit as I am a Newbie. However, for the sake of knowledge, I would like to know if there is any alternative solution for gaining base girth.
