This is a random question but lets say I jelq wrong and I don’t start the jelqs as near the base of the penis as I can , then the baseball effect will happen. This means the base of the penis will be thicker or the shaft near the glans will be thicker , in other words which part of the penis will be thicker if I jelq wrong and I don’t start near the base?
