Baseball Bat effect?
I’m now into my third week, I have been doing mostly jelqing 5days on 2 off. I now have noticed somewhat of a baseball bat shape effect sometimes. I have read that you can get this because of not stretching(lack of exercise on the base of the penis). Is this true? Should I add some stretching exercises into my routine? If so what kinda of manual stretching is most effective and how long do I stretch for?
