Basic Jelqing Question

I just finished the newbie routine for the 3rd time and realized I wasn’t sure if I’m doing the jelqing correctly. When one hand reaches the glans, do you continue to hold the pressure while you add the other hand at the base and apply pressure with that hand, or do you let go with the top hand when you start to grip the base?

I’m new but think it depends, I think when you release and use same hand or different one after releasing is just jelqing, but when you maintain grip and start again at bottom with other I think thats called something like ultimate jelq!! Anyone?

Back when I jelqed I released the hand at the top and start to grip on the base.

I still jelq anywhere between 250 and 750 times a day combined with my clamping. I let go with the glans hand at roughly the same time my other hand grabs the base. After a while it becomes a fluid motion and you don’t really have to think about it, it just flows.


BP erect: 7.6" x 5.4"

Thanks for the responses. That’s the way I’ve been doing it most of the time and will continue doing it this way.

I’ve been holding the grip at the glans until I get a grip at the base.

What’s the difference?


Start: 7.2" BPEL, EG = 5"

Current: 7 7/8" BPEL, 7" NBPEL, 8" BPFSL, EG(midshaft) = 5 5/8"

Goal: 8" NBPEL, EG = 6.5"

Anybody has more info about this subject? I was wondering it too and I don’t find a very clear answer in the past posts.

My jelqing is pretty much just like insearchof9inch described.
