Basic pumping questions
Hi everyone,
Avocet’s Vacuum Pumping 101 post has a suggested schedule such as :
Week 1: One 10 minute session per day
Week 2: One 15 minute session per day and so on.
I’m new to pumping, so how many sets should there be in a session? Let’s say a 10-minute session, I pump till pressure reaches 3-5 hg and hold the pressure for how long before releasing the pressure and repeat? I guess I won’t hold the pressure for the whole 10 minutes?
