Hey guys it has been some time.. Last time I was here in 2013 I used stretcher and did some exercises way too much and ended up with altered ejaculation sensation, weak orgasms and possible nerve damage.. LUCKILY with aid of many medications and laying off I almost restored my sensation back to 90%.. With some added testosterone in my treatment some aspects got better than before.. Only thing I left remaining was discoloration of skin and some spots that I guess will be solved by skin bleaching.. Anyway off to real questions

My stats ( sorry for EU measurements) : Bone pressed length is 17-18 cm , girth is 13,5cm at base and 13 cm up to glans.. I have quite pronounced upward curve ,and scrotalisation (part of my testicle skin is upway to my shaft, that results from too hard skin pulling from circumcision in a pump)

I am thinking of resuming pumping to try and get some girth or at least bloat haha ( but this time I don’t plan on fcking going overboard).. I had some shitty pump which had enormous opening and it kept pulling my skin hard along with penis

My questions are ( PLEASE HELP)

1. What are good pumps to recommend ? Is bathmate any good? Or are normal pressure pumps in general superior by any mean? As I sad I have quite alot of loose skin so even bloat right after pumping makes my dick looks bigger and bloated.
2. HOW TO ACTUALLY PUMP? When you pump do you hold it in a vacuum at that pressure for some time or as soon as you get it to max you release the vent? This is most important for me.. Cause I damaged my dick for keeping it too long under strong pressure ,cause since of my circumcision I don’t feel much pain so I can’t tell what is too much or enough?
3.do you need to pump to max of your erection to make it bloated and bigger ? I have a problem cause my dick curves and inside the pump it used to curve alot unless I put hard pressure to max?
4. Can you still gain if you pump to semi full erection?
5. What is this thing about cylinders and stuff I don’t get it

Since you have experienced some damage due to high vacuum, I recommend you get a pump system with a vacuum gauge. I believe Thickwall is the best in the EU. LeLuv makes a good reasonably priced system but not sure if they ship to the EU.

Semi erection is ok. Length doesn’t mean much. Pump up to 5 in/hg (inches of mercury or whatever the EU equivalent) and check your gauge every five minutes because you may have to pump a little more as your dick starts to enlarge and off-sets the vacuum.

Lots of lube allows a curved penis to slip in easier.

Cylinder sizing according to,LAPump
Base Girth —> Cylinder Diameter
3.50 to 4.50* —> 1.50
4.75 to 5.25* —> 1.75
5.50 to 6.00* —> 2.00
6.25 to 6.75* —> 2.25

Hey dwarren thanks for input mate.. Could you please tell me regarding the HOLDING actually penis under the vacuum? When I first met dr Perovic few years ago he told me pumping is achieved by pumping penis to max and immedialtey releasing and repumping.. For purpose of PE and bloat do I need to HOLD it under pressure for certain period of time or is pumping itself the most important aspect,that’s what I don’t understand?

Any experience with bathmate? And are girth gains real?

Yep, you need to hold a certain amount of time to allow your penis expand under vacuum, if you want to grow.

Very shorts sets of realeasing and repumping are for upgrade your blood system. (Better explained here Pumping To Treat ED)

A lot of pumpers achieve this 2 goals, they gain and the achieve better EQ through pumping, you just need to see what amount of time inside the cilynder and sets works for you.

Sorry I missed your question due to carpal tunnel surgery - not helpful with PE exercises

You can alternate between static pumping - hold vacuum at 5 hg for up to twenty minutes or pulse pumping - five minutes at 5 hg then reduce to 2 hg for one minute and repeat three or four times.

I am well conditioned so I hold for up to an hour once a week and occasional pump up to 15 hg for 30 seconds.
