Bathmate

So is Bathmate tool as effective as Jelqing or is inferior in terms of length and girth gain? Is it doable that one stops the jelqing routine and only uses the bathmate tool instead? Or are both vital? Is bathmate unnecessary or necessary for faster gains?

There are tons of threads on the Bathmate, some of them started today. No device is ‘necessary’ for gains, some of the most impressive gainers used nothing else than their hands. If you are a newbie you should avoid pumps because 9 out of 10 you’ll use it improperly. No way an air or water pump can replace the jelqs. It is still controversial if permanent gains can be achieved using just pumps.
