Been PEing for 3 years, best way to gain length

So I’ve been PEing for 3 years now my current measurements are 7.8 inches BPEL and 5.7 EG my goals are to have around 9 inches BPEL and 6.5 inches EG.

I am very happy with the way my dick is, don’t get me wrong, but I like most of you want more.

So I’m not sure what’s the best way clamping, pumping, cock rings, different jelq routines, lots of manual stretches, edging, mem’s routine, supraslamers, hanging, or a certain combination of them.

I want both length and girth gains but mostly length so that’s what I’m really aiming for.

So in your opinion guys with 8+ BPEL, what worked for you/what do you do?

Have you made any gains in the last 3 years with what you were doing? What have you been doing as far as routine goes?

Yes, I have made some. I’ve been doing mem’s routine for like 2 months now and I have clamped, edged, uli, jelq, stretch, little bit of everything in the past.

Did you keep a log of your gains and also the exercises you did in those 3 years? Putting these two pieces side by side has helped me to see when and how gains came.

It sounds like you’ve done a little bit of everything, your only question now is what worked best for “you”?

When I first started jelqing obviously help me gain the most, now I’d say probably clamping while edging. Any good clamping routines for length?

Well it all depends on what you have responded to best. Factors I use in my PE are the gains they are showing and more importantly, the ability for me to keep doing it. There is no sense in starting a routine if you can’t stick to it for atleast 3 months.
