Beginner program
So I will adopt the recommended newbie routine for my first routine: 5 minute hot wrap, 5 minute manual stretching,(10 30 sec strokes), 10 min jelqing, (200 3 sec strokes), 5 minute hot wrap, 50 kegels held at 5 sec each. However, I do have some questions before I partake: In what direction should I do the manual stretches? (If I do all directions at least twice, this will be more stretches than recommended) Also, If I really want to concentrate on girth gains, should I implement any further exercises such as clamping or Ulis? Or should I wait till I adapt through this beginner program? Sorry for all the questions, I just want to get everything right. I am also having trouble contracting my BC without contracting the anus or upper legs, any suggestions, or does it just take practice? Thanks in advance.
