So I will adopt the recommended newbie routine for my first routine: 5 minute hot wrap, 5 minute manual stretching,(10 30 sec strokes), 10 min jelqing, (200 3 sec strokes), 5 minute hot wrap, 50 kegels held at 5 sec each. However, I do have some questions before I partake: In what direction should I do the manual stretches? (If I do all directions at least twice, this will be more stretches than recommended) Also, If I really want to concentrate on girth gains, should I implement any further exercises such as clamping or Ulis? Or should I wait till I adapt through this beginner program? Sorry for all the questions, I just want to get everything right. I am also having trouble contracting my BC without contracting the anus or upper legs, any suggestions, or does it just take practice? Thanks in advance. My current state: flaccid length: 3.75 Flaccid girth 3.5 Erectile length: 5.8 Erectile Girth 4.3

Stretch any way you want to jimmy. After a week or so, you can add a few more stretches if you want to do all directions a couple of times. Just add slowly though. A few reps a day.

Stick with the newbie routine for at least a couple of months. If you are gaining with the newbie routine, keep doing it. Don’t be in any hurry to do the exotic shit.

The flexes get easier as you go. So practice will help.

Also, do you guys recommend dry or wet jelqing? How does this program stack up against the modified newbie routine?

Speaking of beginners, should I be taking a day off in between workouts?

My penis is sore from working out, so I’m thinking I’ll skip today and make it 2 days on, 1 day off.

But I’ll keep doing kegels every day.

Listen to your dick (it will talk to you, really) and take the day off when it tells you to. I think starting with 2 on, 1 off is a good idea, then you can add an extra workout every now and then. In the old, old days, we pushed 5 on, 2 off. Now, it’s listen to your dick. Next week it could be according to the phase of the moon.
