Beginner stretching only routine
Hi there,
I am not entirely new to PE, however I haven’t participated in the last 3 years. I am interested in a stretching only routine. I have been stretching for 5 minutes each day for the past 3 days, however if I am omitting the jelqing, I am wondering if it is recommended I stretch for longer? Is there a specific routine for beginners wanting to stretch only?
Additionally, I am interested in hanging and/or extending. What is the current view on beginners delving into these practices? Should I wait a few months before I touch these? I should mention I have a pump. From what I remember, pumping doesn’t give much in terms of long-term, actual gains, which is what I am interested in.. But I am all ears!
