Beginner Stretching routine only.
Hi guys I am new to this forum and I have 0 experience in PE, and I would appreciate your your help.
Like the tittle says I want to start a stretching routine because my main goal is length gains. I do not have much time during the day and also I do not live alone. So I was thinking about a routine that wouldn’t take me too long, but still would permit me gain length.
