Beginners, read this.

This thread is for beginners who have exercised with the current suggested newbie routine for at least 3 weeks.

I am trying to build an accurate record of at least twenty beginners and their results with the newbie routine at the 3 week period, so please bare with me. If you don’t have an accurate record of your 3rd week gains, please don’t post your results in this thread. You will skew the results, and thus throw everything off. Also, if you didn’t use the prescribed routine linked above, please don’t post your results in this thread.

For the gentlemen that qualify, please post your:
BPEL (Bone-Pressed Erect Length) and EG (Erect Girth) results at week 3 (roughly 18-21 days after you started the newbie routine).

Thank you for your contribution.

Also, if you have your results with the newbie routine at the 2 month period, you can post those too — just make sure to point it out in your reply.

11/05 * these are a little iffy now that I know more about measuring with consistency. The girth is good, the length might be an 1/8 to 1/4 less than it actually was at the time. Still very happy with results.
BPEL: 5 1/2
EG: 4 3/4

11/26
BPEL: 6 1/8
EG: 5 1/8

Thank you for the contribution. So you gained 5/8 of an inch in length, and roughly 3/8 of an inch in girth in three weeks? That’s great. Congrats!

I didn’t gain any EL or EG after 3 weeks.. Just flaccid length and girth (and a more veiny penis).


18.02.08: NBP 6.7, BPSFL 7.9, EG 5.9

18.05.08: 6.9" NBP, 8.3" BPSFL, 7.7" BP

I am just getting ready to start this Newbie routine , I will 100% do this right , Not over due it and not become lazy, I at least owe myself that through the Newbie routine, to see if this will really work for me.
Are you well experienced with this routine,
It would be nice to have some one give me some guidance when I don’t understand certain things through my learning process.
I will be taking logs very carefully , Pics and all.

And when you say *PI’s* , I am guessing that means PE side effects?
What does the PI stand for. I do not believe that is in the Glossary.

Physiological Indicator(s).

The concept has to do with monitoring the body’s response to stimulus. Growth and firmer erections are positive PI’s, weaker erections, chronic pain are negative PI’s, skin discoloration is a neutral PI.

Search remek’s thread about physiological indicators.

Hap hit the nail on the head. Although one correction: the creation of the PIs is solely sparkyx’s ingenuity (I had nothing to do with it, I think). His original thread can be found here: Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!

I’m slipping.

If I start confusing remek with sparkyx it won’t be long before I kiss the door and slam my wife (and I don’t even have a wife).

How do we know what we know? Is knowledge knowable? Who knows?

I’ve gained so far only 1/4” inch of girth since I started and I’m totally happy with it =P

My flaccid length has increased significantly and I’m really happy about that. It was really turtleing when I started. Hopefully I can post my pictures soon!
I’ve been following the “never let it turtle” method from one of these threads and wow it works well =P although it is quite uncomfortable to sleep with your cock shoved between your legs I tell ya! And no longer wearing boxers to constrict it. He he hopefully see some new girth gains soon my third week results where the same as my 2 1/2 month results except I measured 8” that day.

Thanks for the update. So you lost .25 inches in length?

Also, you haven’t gained in roughly two months? If this is the case, something needs to be changed.

He he I don’t think I lost it I had already PE so it was hard to get a 100% erection. And I haven’t had anytime to lately to read up on any new stuff as to what I’m supposed to be increasing to get gains. Planning on heading to wal-mart for my clamps as soon as my 3 months are over tho that’s for sure =P I’m still only doing

5 mins of stretching
200 jelqs
5x 2 min manual clamping
And 5x2 min clamping my head

Should I increase the number of jelqs? Or the repetitions of clamping or time spent clamping?

Oops I see now why no increase in gains he he..
Was supposed to increase to 10 mins of stretching
And 3x more jelqs then I currently do

So foolish.. One quick look at the newbie routine to spot my mistake

I’ve gained .25 in BPFSL and BPEL (mine are the same) in exactly 3 weeks with this routine of stretching only.

Stretch out: 2 X 30 seconds

Stretch up: 2 X 30 seconds

Stretch down: 2 X 30 seconds

Stretch down left: 2 X 30 seconds

Stretch down right: 2 X 30 seconds

Rotary Stretch: 2 X each direction

BTC stretch: 1 X 60 seconds

Can samobody give me, some video material(because I don’t know very well english) for all the Exercises for the newbie’s PLEASE :|
