Beginning Of PE

Hello I just want to start my journey of PE, but as I am a newbie so bit confused I had already read the newbie routine, but I was looking for a plan of which exercises has to be done and for how much time
If anybody can guide me that will be great

As for now I am 7.25 X 5
And my goal is for 8 X 6
